We arrived on Friday late afternoon and had reserved the accommodation for two days by telephone. When we moved into the room, the first thing we noticed were the many spiders with their nests in the corners. After we dropped off our bags, we wanted to head straight to Jork. Leaving the house, we met the hostess and asked her to remove the spiders. When we returned to the hotel room late in the evening, the first thing we noticed was that all the spiders had been removed, which made us very happy. Unfortunately, this didn't last long. We were hit in the bathroom. It was a spacious handicapped accessible bathroom. But you shouldn't enter the shower without flip-flops because there was mold everywhere in the joints. The same picture appeared on the wall tiles. The toilet was the biggest horror. It was just disgusting. That's why we didn't shower or go to the toilet. Furthermore, the room had no curtains, even though the room was on the ground floor, facing the main street. Every visitor, no matter coming from the parking lot to the hotel or returning, cyclists or pedestrians on the street, could see into the room. Blackout curtains were available. The night spent was not relaxing due to the circumstances. The bedding felt a bit clammy. The mattresses were ok. We went to breakfast in the morning with mixed feelings, but it was ok and sufficient. We even had the choice between boiled or scrambled eggs. After these experiences we decided to leave this hotel early.

This hotel is an imposition! ||We were only there for one night because we had to cancel the second, originally planned night 8 days before arrival due to a bereavement. …

Still convinced by the pictures that we had found pleasant accommodation at short notice, what awaited us was a hotel that was clearly showing its age and was in dire need of renovation. We were only greeted with a cell phone number from which we found out where the key was stored. When we arrived in the room we found a simple and loveless room. The beds were sagging and the pillows were just pillow rolls, which weren't even the same in our double bed. Cables (telephone cables) hung freely out of the wall in our room without a cover. In the bathroom we only found a used toilet roll with no reserve. Nature lovers will feel at home here, as there were quite a few spiders and mosquitoes as well as silverfish. The breakfast was very simple. Special requests or fruit could not be fulfilled spontaneously. All in all, the price-performance ratio is not close to being right and for us it was a unique experience.

The mattress was completely worn out, the breakfast was careless, but sufficient in quantity and the breakfast room/beer garden was completely carelessly furnished. There is no drinks menu in the restaurant.

It's been a while since we were here, but we still have to get rid of it.Hotel was really old and worn out and that's putting it nicely.Huge silverfish, broken towels, holes in the sheets, stains on the wall. Very noisy.BUT the best part was that a few months after the stay we got a call saying we hadn't paid. Our credit card statement then showed the opposite!!Always get a receipt for your payment!
