Booked a room with a dog for 1 night. The room's facilities were great with a kettle, tea bags and instant coffee, water, everything had been thought of, including in the bathroom! I could have easily forgotten my toiletry bag at home. Even thin dressing gowns were available.My request for an earlier breakfast because of an appointment wasn't a problem either. Food excellent. I'd love to come back any time!

We once again spent a wonderful holiday at the Charly Drewes guesthouse.We have been coming from Saarland to the far north for several years and have always been very satisfied. That's why we are "repeat offenders". :-)I can't list EVERYTHING individually, but I would particularly like to highlight the breakfast buffet, the extremely delicious food that the boss prepares herself, the friendliness of the Drewes house and the comfortably furnished room.Wishes are read from your eyes here before you express them.Dear Melanie and team, thank you very much for your care and attention, which allows us to enjoy our vacation again and again.We'll definitely be back.All the best to you and warm greetings until we see each other again, also to Lisa, Elisabeth and Marga

Were guests in the cyclist hotel tonight. Nice room, clean and quiet. But the boss can learn something from the staff because of their friendliness. The breakfast room and the breakfast buffet are amazing.

We were admitted as an emergency at short notice on a Monday evening. Unfortunately the restaurant isn't open on Mondays, that's the only criticism, but that's okay. Otherwise everything was great, we had a clean room, bathroom was good (accessible for disabled people) and the breakfast left nothing to be desired.The staff was very friendly.The road leading past is still bearable.Fully recommended.

We were with Charly for the first time, it was a great 4 days. The welcome was warm, the rooms comfortable, the food excellent, all in all very good. It wasn't the last time we were there, the booking for next year is done. We, dear Melanie, are happy to be bi Charly again.

A very special experience!Yes, we got something to eat. But the type and, above all, the tone of the reception is second to none. An extremely resolute and unfriendly lady pointedly told us that there was only schnitzel! She doesn't care which one. But only schnitzel. It wasn't their problem that we had been looking in vain for an open location for about an hour. She wouldn't care either. In the end the payment was made without a receipt. NEVER AGAIN!

Yesterday evening I had dinner there with my family.We were received very lovingly.The starter soup was very deliciously prepared.The main course was prepared quickly and very tasty, the portion was large and completely sufficient.Our drinks were delivered quickly and the waitress always asked us if everything was OK, which was very positive.My conclusion is we felt very comfortable, we will definitely come back and I will definitely recommend you.

After I was there for the last time in November 2021 and recommended this restaurant to my entire circle of friends as one of the best and most down-to-earth in the neighborhood, I was very disappointed today. We showed up there with a small, mixed group. Where as the owner you should actually take the opportunity to retain potential new regular customers in the long term, everything went very poorly. The portions were anything but generous. A “salad” was something carelessly thrown together with sour sauces from large containers without a single green leaf in between. Instead of the medallions from the menu, greasy schnitzels were served and croquettes were neither thoroughly cooked on the outside nor inside, let alone warm. Especially since people probably add a little more salt to the dishes in order to boost sales of the drinks. All in all, this experience has convinced me to give it a wide berth in the future, not least because of the price level that has risen like everywhere else. Unfortunately. Maybe we have to wait another two years for things to get noticeably better in the other direction?
