Wanted to have coffee and cake in the lobby; Staff not made for the hotel industry; had to make long phone calls to ask whether it was acceptable to offer coffee and cake; Coffee then cold, cake ice cold; Whipped cream on cake resembled water; Coffee came with a foot bath; service poor; Fruit on cake old and moldy....The hotel is designed for conferences.Another building full of them.No individuality.Nature can't help it.Surrounding cafe just as bad.No, thank you very much.Has nothing to do with upscale hotels!

Too few staff with all the consequences. Long waiting times, bad mood because overloaded. False statements about charging stations, restaurant reservations. Long waiting time before you are allowed to sit at the table despite having made a reservation in advance. Only one of three restaurants open. Underground parking reserved in advance but not implemented by the hotel. Required three prompts. Wrong charging card handed over for charging station, etc. etc.

The location is amazing. The place has so much potential but everything except the service was average. The beds in the rooms are very uncomfortable, we woke up with a back pain. Saunas are not at the promised temperature, they’re always 5-10 degrees less than what’s mentioned. Food was expensive for what it is, we ended up paying 35 euros per dish per person for an average food. We did not see the thermal bath that was mentioned in the website, if they meant the pool it was definitely not warm enough. Breakfast was good. Overall we appreciate the friendly staff and the good location, but facility itself must be improved.

We stopped on our way through and spent 1 night but would have loved to have stayed longer, such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The morning breakfast buffet was the best we had in our 2 week journey. Would love to return again for a longer stay and to enjoy the spa services.

Nice hotel with unfriendly and arrogant staff. Special the bartender in the evening was below all..... Unfriendly employee in the pool area. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Breakfast OK.

The hotel is picturesquely located directly on the lake.The parking garage is a bit hidden.The house is very winding and we could only reach our room via stairs.The only way to get from the pool to the room was through the bar. Unfortunately it wasn't that pleasant.The pool area has also seen better days. The ceiling here is in great need of renovation.Breakfast was ok.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a lovely time. It's very quiet in town, but that's exactly what we were looking for. Hikes are possible directly from the hotel, there are enough activities.Breakfast has a large selection and the spa area is huge, and it also has a private area by the lake.Check in, service and other staff services at a good level.Price performance top.

A nice hotel with a great location.You should definitely book a room with a lake view! The view, the sunset and the starry sky are fantastic. That was the best part of our stay.It's also nice that you can swim in the lake and pool. The hotel has its own area with loungers and parasols right on the lake.

Very nice hotel right on the lake with lake access for hotel guests!Beautiful spa area with 3 saunas and 1 steam bath.The breakfast buffet had a very good selection.The person is super friendly and just great! The Taubensteinbahn (gondola) is very close (5 minutes on foot)!

Overall a good hotel (see individual reviews: rooms, service, location). However, the following things are a no-go in a 4* hotel: There seem to be garbage cans in the rooms facing the entrance to the underground car park, why is something thrown in there at night? You could be considerate of the guests and do this at the time of day. The "king-size bed" we booked was two single beds pushed together that were not connected to each other. As a result, if you lie in the middle, they push apart and you have to be careful that you don't end up on the floor. The soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower were empty! The price-performance ratio doesn't fit. Positive aspects: The breakfast buffet was above average and the in-house pool was sensational.

Top hotel that leaves nothing to be desired. We had a room in the main house that was very modern. The spa area was very nice, with warm pools. You can also go directly into Spitzingsee via a small path. The breakfast was fabulous with an extremely large selection and varying dishes. In addition, all the staff were very child-friendly. We will definitely come back.

The hotel is in one of the most beautiful locations with super nice rooms. The breakfast buffet was also great. We were also lucky with the weather and were able to jump into the lake, but there is also a pool. I would have liked to stay much longer and will definitely come back again.
