Our autumn vacation at the Daxlberger Hof was very nice! The room was spacious and very clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped and left nothing to be desired. There is a fully automatic coffee machine in the spacious common room, and bread rolls can be hung on the room door in the morning if desired. There is also a playroom for younger children. We were particularly enthusiastic about the varied program: pony rides, work in the stables, a tractor ride, the alpaca hike and the alpine hike with Gabi, Theo and Thomas - each activity was an experience in itself and was especially fun for the children. The animal house is always open during the day. Rabbits, goats and the like are happy about every visit there, especially if you bring a few dandelion leaves with you. The evenings together around the campfire with stick bread, the pizza evening and the barbecue evening with the hosts were absolute highlights. The hosts themselves were incredibly friendly and warm and always approachable. We will definitely come back and can only recommend the Daxlberger Hof.

This was our 13th time at the Daxlberger Hof. Thomas, Gabi and Theo are very warm and open hosts. The beautifully furnished holiday apartment and the great lounge always give you the feeling of coming “home”. There is always something to experience for the children. Be it on the legendary tractor ride with Thomas or during stable time with pony rides or alpaca hikes. In the yard you can compete in a Kettcar race or play table tennis with the other guests. At the end of the day, you sit together around the campfire and make stick bread. The very diverse holiday region also offers something for everyone. We can't imagine a better farm holiday!

We stayed at the Daxlberger Hof for a week over the Whitsun holidays. The location is incredibly beautiful. The rooms were clean and really well equipped. For the kids, all the animals were of course the absolute highlight and the activities e.g. Stable time that was offered. My son (4), my husband and I spontaneously booked a long weekend with Gabi, Theo & Thomas at the beginning of April and still look back fondly on the wonderful time on the farm.We were particularly lucky with the weather, which made our stay even better. When we arrived, Thomas gave us a warm welcome in the parking lot in front of the holiday apartments.We chose the EDELWEISS holiday apartment and felt very comfortable. The apartment was spacious, clean without exception and thought out down to the smallest detail for the little guests.Our son particularly enjoyed spending the morning in the playroom, which was directly connected to the common room where you can get together with the other guests. My husband and I enjoyed sitting there with a coffee and planning our day trips while the little one happily played with the Schleich farm animals.As already mentioned, the Buchöster family planned everything with a lot of love down to the smallest detail. So that your guests feel comfortable, nothing seems to be left to chance. There was even a bread roll service in the morning, which I really enjoyed.The animals on the farm were very well cared for and seemed happy, which was a matter close to my heart. You could see and feel that the handling was very careful. Thomas introduced our son to each animal with a lot of patience and warmth. His absolute highlight was pony riding and to this day our little one raves about Thomas and how they cleaned out the cowshed together.My husband has very positive memories of the stick bread at the campfire. And we heard that there are other great promotion points for longer stays.We definitely want to come back again! The Daxlberger Hof is a magically decelerated place for young and old.An absolute recommendation from our side!

We go to the Daxlberger Hof every year. Back then with 3 generations, now with 4 generations. While the little ones are on the trampoline, on the climbing frame or in the small animal pen, the adults can relax in the sun or drink a coffee on the terrace. The apartments are large, lovingly furnished and always clean. The stay on the farm is filled with activities for the children, for example there is stable time, where the children can feed the animals and muck out the stables together with Thomas. A lot of attention is paid to the children, so depending on their mood, the stable time can sometimes last longer or sometimes not so long. There are also pony rides, a walk with the 3 alpacas, a campfire with delicious stick bread and on Easter Sunday the children look for Easter nests on the grounds in the morning.I was there for the 15th time this year and I always enjoy coming back.

We spent a wonderful holiday at the Daxlberger Hof and felt at home from minute one.Be it the warm welcome from Gabi on the day of arrival, the beautiful, clean and well-equipped apartment that is so lovingly furnished or the varied program for the little ones. From the stable diploma with mucking out the stables and feeding the animals to tractor rides and pony rides, the children were lovingly introduced to the subject of animals and the farm by Thomas. The “test of courage” with a chicken in his arms was the highlight for my son.Thank you for an unforgettable holiday on your farm.Zippel family

We spent 1 week on the wonderful farm. The hosts (Gabi, Theo and Thomas) are incredibly friendly and very warm.You immediately feel WELCOME! :)The apartment was very clean, spacious and well equipped.The loving hosts made the days very varied.Riding, driving a tractor, hiking, barbecuing, walking with the alpacas, baking pizza all the way to the Bambini stable diploma and much more.The children look after the animals together with Thomas and are also introduced to how to deal with the animals.A very large playground with a beautiful view, as well as lots of vehicles are available for the children. The children can move freely.From the Daxlberger Hof you can get everywhere very quickly (Chiemsee, amusement parks, mountains, etc.) A great location.We are very excited and will definitely come back.Many kind regards,Tina

This was our second time at the Daxlberger Hof and we can only recommend it. Our children always found friends on the farm, and we adults also always met nice families, so that in the evening we sat together with a drink in a cozy atmosphere while the children were busy. The farm offers many nice options for the children: a large playground, a large fleet of vehicles, and of course the stable with the cute bunnies, goats, alpacas and chickens, where they can go at any time and feed the animals.The family around Gabi, Theo and Thomas are very warm, hospitable and helpful, so that you immediately feel at home and welcome. They also offer many activities, such as hikes, pizza and barbecue evenings, helping with the stable work, pony rides, alpaca hikes, ...It definitely won't be the last time we vacation at the Daxlberger Hof.

The Daxlberger Hof is highly recommended. I spent a week there with my son (7 years old) and can only recommend it to anyone who wants to go on a farm holiday with their children. The host family is super friendly and went out of their way to ensure everyone had a great holiday. From driving a tractor, to pony riding, feeding the animals, hiking in the Alpine pastures, to pizza evening, everything was there! The apartments are also great. Very clean, new furniture and very spacious. Many, many thanks to Theo, Gabi and Thomas for this great vacation!

We visited the Daxlberger Hof with our two children in May/June 2022. The welcome was very warm, the well-equipped and modern apartment was available immediately after our arrival in the early afternoon. On the first evening there was a small meeting, everything about the coming week was explained to us and finally there was a short tour of the farm. We felt very welcome and comfortable from the first minute.Despite their young age, the children were able to move around completely freely because the farm is somewhat remote and there are no roads or other traffic leading past it - instead, it is idyllically surrounded by meadows and fields with plenty of space to run around. A big plus for us was that most of the animals are used to children and could be fed by them alone.Various activities were offered throughout the week (alpaca hikes, tractor rides, pony rides, etc.), and there is also a huge playground, a trampoline and a large fleet of vehicles with lots of go-karts, pedal tractors and more. The highlight is the stable time that takes place almost every day - at the end there was also a stable diploma for the hard-working helpers.Overall, you can tell how much dedication everyone in the family puts into running the farm, which is also reflected in the warm and open nature of all members (excursion tips, information on a herb hike, etc.). There were fresh cakes and homemade cakes in the lounge every day.It was a wonderful and unforgettable vacation. We will be spending a week with Gabi and Theo again in 2023 and the children can hardly wait for it to finally get started. We are really looking forward to the time out, the wonderful panorama and the mountain air.

Great, lovingly furnished apartments. Plus warm and committed hosts. In addition to the animals and the farm program (driving the tractor, mucking out the stable, bread on sticks...), there are lots of great games for all age groups. Plus a beautiful panoramic view. We have enjoyed coming to Gabi, Theo and Thomas for years and can fully recommend the Daxlberger Hof.

We were welcomed very friendly and with open arms. The apartment is in top condition, high quality furnishings and very clean. The children can play happily in the yard. Numerous mountain go-karts with trailers and pillion seats, table football, table tennis and a large adventure playground, everything in excellent condition. But the best thing is the farm with all its animals. An unforgettable event for the kids is being involved in stable work and caring for the animals. We say a big thank you and hope to see you again!

We have already had two great holidays at the Daxlberger Hof. Beautiful farm with large, spacious apartments and great hosts. Gabi and Theo are incredibly warm and do everything to ensure that parents and especially children have a great vacation. We are looking forward to next year!!
