Top holiday apartment!

A quiet place near Berlin, in a forest by a pond, suitable for families. Apartment with three bedrooms, a large living room with a comfortable kitchen, two bathrooms. Terrace with nice seating, possibility of grilling. 5⭐ for me, very well done. 👍

I was there for a business event.It was easy to get there by car. There were sufficient parking spaces available.The rooms and toilets were very clean, the owners were very nice and accommodated every request.The surrounding area/forest is very quiet and can be explored on foot.A highlight there are the Mongolian yurts, where you can also stay overnight in summer.This place is ideal for getting away from the stress of everyday life in a big city. The prices are reasonable.

Update...I contacted you privately and you can't respond to my criticism? I don't think it's right and it's a shame of them. Ok, then they probably don't need it. I hope they'll be more honest with people at some point.To everyone...If you want to cook, eat and sit at a table with strangers, you've come to the right place. There is only ONE shared kitchen for the entire lower floor plus 2 rooms on the upper floor and the yurts! So in the best case scenario, you can sing Kumbaya with 10 strangers at the breakfast table. That's nice. Privacy...who needs that anyway🤷A nice location in itself.The rooms were all nice and clean. But, there is only a shared kitchen for everyone from the lower floor plus 2 rooms upstairs.I didn't know that and it's not on their homepage. At least not until the day before yesterday when I wrote to them, which I didn't think was so great. It's also a shame that I didn't receive an answer to that.We rented the entire accommodation on the ground floor. And there were still guests in the 2 apartments on the top floor and 2 on the 1st floor. The top floor apartments probably have a kitchen. But not the others. So you have to share the 2 refrigerators. I personally don't think that's a good thing and something like that needs to be communicated to people. I also specifically asked her at the time whether we had the property to ourselves. They said yes. A maximum of yurts are rented. Thank God no. Otherwise we would have had to divide the kitchen into several more parts.We wanted some privacy on our family trip. But that is not possible for them. This accommodation is actually only for fitters.Unfortunately I won't book with them again.You have to write something like that on your homepage, it doesn't work that way.Unfortunately, this circumstance took away everything good.

We spent a weekend at the New Nomads guesthouse as a family. We had booked 4 double rooms and two triple rooms. All rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom in the room is a bit small, but functional. We were able to use all the rooms. The kitchen offers plenty of space and all appliances such as a dishwasher, refrigerator (2 pieces), stove, toaster, etc. are available. There is a trampoline, a playhouse and plenty of space for outdoor games for the children. Four-legged furry friends are also very welcome. We spent the evenings at the fire bowl provided. We grilled and chilled. Fantastic for family gatherings and suitable for children. It's only a few minutes to the lake and also to the ice cream parlor (highly recommended). The hosts are extremely friendly and can be reached at any time.We all had a lot of fun and felt absolutely comfortable. A big thank you to the hosts.All the best and we will definitely come back again.
