We rate our vacation in this hotel with our impressions. The service from the staff in the restaurant is exemplary. The housemaid doesn't do her job completely correctly. She doesn't know a vacuum cleaner. The breakfast buffet was good, the coffee and eggs were always brought fresh to the table. The food in the restaurant is very good and plentiful.Unfortunately, the rooms are a bit old and the bed hygiene could be better.But all in all we had a pleasant stay. All the best to the team and the boss and keep it up.

Located in Ortenaukreis directly on the main street. Large outdoor terrace. Service great. Simply good food at acceptable prices. Highly recommended!

An idyll. Huge linden trees provide shade and a pleasant coolness that invites you to linger. Wonderful, very fine kitchen enjoyment. See pictures. Friendliest hospitality. A wonderful lunch in the beautiful Black Forest. Thank you for the work and effort.

Only ate here. The food was nothing special, typical German gutbürgerliche dishes, but otherwise fine. Nice people in the service but they couldn't manage it. Long wait for a drink, your food, the bill, etc.

The restaurant is in a great location on the hiking trail, and the beer garden under an old beech tree is really beautiful. However, the service was extremely overwhelmed to the point of being terribly unfriendly or very young and so insecure that you can only fear how the employees will be treated. It's a shame, it wasn't too crowded and the guests were in a good mood. However, it dampened our mood.

We can't say anything about the rooms because we were there for lunch. Super friendly and fast service. The three ladies are on their toes. The food was delicious and nice and cool under the big trees in the beer garden (it was 28°C). We'll come back when we're in the area. (Unfortunately no pictures taken 😏)

Great service. Nice beer garden under the trees. The side salad was really tasty and large. The Cordon Bleu is very fairly priced at €20 and is also very tasty. We'll definitely come by again.

Not the first and not the last time we stopped in for a meal. We had asparagus cream soup, wild garlic cream soup, onion soup, cordon bleu, zander fillet, asparagus with schnitzel. Everything😋 simply delicious. At the end there was the homemade Black Forest cherry 🍒.
