Last week we were guests of Sonja and her family. It was just wonderful. A beautiful piece of earth up there. You can have breakfast outside with a view of the mountains and sit on the balcony in the evening and enjoy the peace and quiet. Here you can totally switch off. The area is great for hiking, eating well and enjoying the friendly nature of the people. Sonja and her family are incredibly nice, always have a funny saying and great tips for excursions. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back. Thank you for wonderful days

We were guests at the Knotzenlehen house with our dog for a week over New Year's Eve and felt completely at home in every second.Sonja is a great host who takes great care of her guests, prepares a great breakfast, always has great tips for day trips and is great to talk to! Here you really are a guest and feel “at home”.Knotzenlehen offers a fantastic Alpine panorama - including the Watzmann - and you can start great hiking tours from here.The rooms are super comfortable - but you're actually out and about all day anyway.We'd love to come back!Sophie&Christian

This wonderful family home is in a prime location. We had the very clean guest apartment in which everything you needed was there and if something was needed, Sonja was always happy to help. We also got great tips for excursions from her. Everything is so relaxed and simple here. We all really enjoyed it here and felt welcome. Would love to come back.

Very nice and quiet guesthouse with a very nice hostess! Ms. Graßl gave us and our three velvet paws a very warm welcome, prepared a delicious breakfast every day and always took the time to provide us with great hiking tips, even for a lame dog! We felt very safe in the middle of nature and the mountains. Sonja Grassl was always open to a conversation and was always friendly and personable. Would love to come back. ❤️🐾🐾 Our dog was also welcome ❤️

Beautifully located farm with a great view of the Watzmann. The family is very, very nice and gives good tips for hiking or if you want to go out to eat. Modernly furnished and clean guest rooms. We can absolutely recommend this farm. Thumbs up!

We took a week's vacation in this great guesthouse at the beginning of August. The guesthouse is located in a wonderful landscape. No matter where you look, there are only the mountains, the forests, the meadows, the cows and, above all, a lot of peace and quiet. Our hosts, the Graßl family, ensured our well-being. The rooms are clean and tidy. The bathroom is a dream. We came with a car and a trailer with our motorcycle on it. For the Graßl family it was no problem at all to make space for everything. From the farm you can start great motorcycle tours. After a long tour, we ended the evening in front of the house. You can sit comfortably in front of the house or on the balcony and enjoy the great view of the mountains as they slowly disappear into the dark. Also a great paradise for hikers. Here you can start walking in all directions. Ms. Graßl knows all the trails and motivates everyone to go hiking.We would like to thank the Graß,l family for the lovely week with them.
