Clean, everything okay, only had cold water for 1.5 days but it was fixed after it was announced. Landlady made very good breakfast and breakfast together was very nice.

For me the room was ok, just need bed for sleep. Location was great with my course place. Little bit noisy from another room but was fine. Nearby many restaurants.

The toilet was dirty and full of urine stains... The shower curtain grosses you out and the staff is VERY rude and ages late when checking in. We immediately left and went to the Hotel/Pension Wasserfall nearby, it is much nicer and more pleasant there than at Pension Dölker. Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED.

Price-performance ratio (shared bathroom) is fine for me. Very nice and helpful landlady, delicious breakfast. There was safe storage for my bike. Even without asking, there were tips for going out in the evening or having dinner. Overall recommended.

Friendly welcome, my bike is safely stowed away, the room is ok, the bathroom has everything you need, it's clean. WiFi works, as does TV - a real recommendation for the price.

Cozy, small and inexpensive guesthouse. The room was very clean and in my case equipped with a shower/toilet and TV. The interior appears rustic, but has charm and the house is very centrally located in the tourist-attractive upper town. There are no parking spaces directly at the house, but there is a parking garage in the immediate vicinity. Unfortunately the house is right on the main street, but I didn't feel disturbed despite the window being open because there was hardly any traffic at night. However, this may seem different to sensitive people! The breakfast was buffet style and plentiful for the price (45,- single room with shower+toilet including breakfast). In addition to the classic sausage and cheese offering with bread and rolls, there was also muesli and other cereals with natural or fruit yoghurt. For me, despite the rustic impression, it's a real insider tip and highly recommended!
