We ate at the Alecander restaurant. We sat outside first because it was quite warm that afternoon. The atmosphere is totally run down and ugly. The floor is covered with smelly artificial turf, what does the operator want to mean by that... We then sat down in the restaurant. The operator tried to set it up in a modern way, but unfortunately he didn't quite succeed. But you can argue about taste. The young service person was very nice. The cutlery on the table was dirty. The salad was only dressed with vinegar and was inedible. My chicken burger was the worst burger I've had so far. The roll was ice cold despite grill marks, apparently came straight from the fridge, the 3 small pieces of chicken were spread with a cocktail sauce, plus a lettuce leaf, that was it for 15.50 euros. The Goros we ordered wasn't any better, the tiny pieces of meat had different degrees of cooking, from very soft to bone-hard. Who knows what the meat has already experienced? Fresh and delicious is different. The fries that came with it weren't any better either. I just want to keep quiet about the vegetables. The best part of this meal was the tzatziki. I wonder what was Greek about this meal? Definitely not the dried herbs on the plate. With 3 beers, this meal cost almost 46.00 euros per ton.

Most important thing first...everything is clean at a fair price. Hotel owner very nice. Breakfast buffet has everything you need. The only thing I think is a shame are these baked rolls that are so modern everywhere. But breakfast for 7 euros is also great. Other hotels also take 10 to 12 with baked rolls. We will use this hotel again if we work nearby.

We visited the restaurant in the evening: good traffic situation, own parking spaces, friendly greeting and escort to the table (on a wooden terrace, close to the green). Delicious aperitif, fresh salad, well-seasoned meat, perfectly grilled. Contrary to some reviews, we can't say that a single member of staff was unfriendly, on the contrary: they were all very friendly without being intrusive. Finally, a good, generous dessert.Location, space, service and food are all very good for the price level - not fancy, rather solid.

Good location, friendly staff!”We stopped in Sankt Ingbert on the way back from France. The room was big enough for the two of us and very clean. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. There is a forest near the hotel where I could take my dog for a walk in the morning. The breakfast was delicious.

Were there for dinner in the evening, then the boss said he had to burn coated panels in the fireplace and annoyed us with his olive oil. After much back and forth, he closed the fireplace door.Eating well...Never again

Positive: Staff is friendly and accommodating, room is clean, free internet/WiFi.Negative: The furnishings are completely outdated and worn out, a simple metal bed frame that creaks and squeaks with every slight movement, every Bundeswehr cot is more comfortable. Fittings in the bathroom completely calcified. The only hotel entrance is completely closed at night (fire safety, escape possibility?), breakfast is an imposition. Conclusion: Never again!
