We stayed in the wonderfully renovated and tastefully furnished and designed hunting lodge for two nights. It is difficult to describe the stay there. Not because we were dissatisfied, not at all, it was really great and relaxing, but absolutely not a typical hotel stay. It is a successful mix between rustic and modern ambience, without the familiar hotel flair. What we liked best was the cleanliness, really big compliments to the cleaning staff, great! We also really liked the furnishings, the terrace by the lake, the other lounges and the small kitchen for making coffee/tea including a fridge...plus the fantastic peace and quiet! We also liked the design of the rooms, but you should be aware that there is no door to the bathroom area, which means that a first holiday together as a couple might bring some inconvenience... we've been together for several years, that wasn't a problem :) Overall, a nice stay, we'd love to come back!

The two of us were guests in the hunting lodge from Friday to Sunday. We were warmly welcomed and looked after. The entire house is a dream. The rooms are very clean and beautifully decorated. It's very good that there is no television in any room, so you can really relax and not hear the noise of your neighbors in the evening. We'll definitely be back!

Beautifully quiet location, wonderful for relaxing and unwinding. Beautiful restoration with gentle renovation. Cohesive furnishings that make you feel like you've been transported back to the old English past. When you sit in the salon, you have the feeling that the Queen will stop by at any moment. But everything is beautifully designed with old, original furniture and decorative pieces without looking cluttered. Great care was taken to ensure that there was enough room and space so that the eye could enjoy and view individual exhibits that were attractively decorated. Everything seems very fresh and light, without the mustiness and dust of the past. Really very nice and recommended.There was also a short tour of the historical past of the house and its special features. Absolutely fantastic and very vibrant.Thanks to the harmonious selection, the rooms skilfully create the transition to modernity in the sanitary area.I especially have to mention that there are neither televisions nor telephones in the rooms, which I didn't miss at all. On the contrary, a very nice contribution to relaxation.Breakfast was delicious, fresh and enough for all tastes.I would love to come back.

This is really a wonderful place for a wedding or photos, nice atmosphere, super friendly people, enough parking spaces even for 60 people, all in all I can only recommend it

We returned today from a very relaxing and energizing weekend in this very special accommodation. We were given very good advice when making the reservation and the arrival was also very warm and friendly. This is the right place if you are looking for relaxation away from the tourist hotspots... Pure peace... The rooms are very lovingly furnished with old furniture. The old creaky stairs and the wide wooden floorboards in the room are beautiful. The staff seemed happy to chat, despite the high workload at the moment. Tip: either register at the hotel for breakfast in the morning for dinner (there is always a dish on offer) or reserve a table in the area in good time. But the offer is very limited. Conclusion: We spent a very nice, quiet weekend in the hunting lodge, without watching TV in the evening, preferring to sit on the terrace or in the historic lounges with a glass of wine.Thank you very much, dear hunting lodge team!!! We will recommend you...
