Super dear team,Very helpful and friendly, you notice and feel that everyone is in it with their hearts. The children had a great day riding both ponies. Many many thanks. We've been coming back for years and at any time. There are lots of opportunities for children to play on the farm. The pony farm itself also offers many programs for young and old. Now for Haloween everything is very well decorated and we were thrilled. Everyone wasvery friendly and nice. Online booking system works very well. The ladies on site do a competent job...the riding route is very nice. Keep it up!

A very nice pony farm and very nice and nice people. My son really enjoys the Pony Mini Club, he thinks it's lovely there and he really enjoys working with the horses. I can only recommend it as it is a nice activity and time out for young and old.

One star is still too many! Stay away from this pony farm!Yesterday I wanted to book a visit with three children at short notice, so I called. Even on the phone the manager was annoyed and unfriendly, but stated that I could book but should do it online. After booking, I noticed that one adult per child was required for the tour. So I called again, but the lady on the phone was uncooperative and urged me to stick with the booking I had already made - even though I had only called a few minutes before. She just said everything was online. Very impossible!It was supposed to be a birthday surprise, but since the birthday child got sick, everything had to be planned spontaneously. Despite these circumstances, we were able to organize two adults for the three children. The instruction was more than poor - in one minute we were told how the path ran and that the ponies were allowed to eat grass. Although two of the children and one of the adults had never had anything to do with horses before, we were simply sent off without any support.The ride ended in chaos: we had enormous problems with the ponies, especially when turning towards the fields. A pony kicked out and hit my daughter in the foot - we had to go to the emergency room for hours after the incident. The entire experience was a nightmare. Neither insight nor apology came from the manager - only her husband and an employee showed a little more understanding and refunded us the amount on site. But that doesn't ease my daughter's pain or the disappointment of that terrible day.The children who were riding a pony for the first time were supposed to have a nice experience - instead we were treated badly, left alone and clearly didn't care about the children's safety. No cooling pad, no help - the behavior was absolutely inhumane. I can hardly imagine that people who treat others like this treat animals well.Any responsibility was denied and reference was made to the online booking. But with such short-term planning, no one reads every detail. The lady should have enlightened me on the first phone call – that is her duty! A terrible day - we'll never come back and hope no one else has to go through such an experience.

What a great celebration today. The children's show performance was very nice. All the people there were very warm and committed.
