I recently stayed at the Premier Inn and had a very positive experience. The overall stay was comfortable and enjoyable, with clean rooms and excellent amenities. A special mention goes to Beata and Agata, who were on shift during my stay. Their exceptional service and willingness to assist made a significant difference to my visit. Their friendly and helpful nature truly enhanced my experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

We recently stayed for a short visit and we really enjoyed it!Our room had been refurbished recently and it was perfect. It had been cleaned to a really high standard and the bed was very very comfortable. We were sad to go home to our normal bed!The facilities were brilliant for a central hotel and there is local parking.All staff were very helpful and polite but there was a manager we spoke to regularly, Beata, who is a credit to the hotel. She was kind, friendly, went above and beyond for us in any way she could and was a ray of light anytime we spoke with her. She had great knowledge of the local area and would talk to us like we were old friends.This is a great hotel, that’s in a great location with amazing staff!

Had a great stay here. Nice easy check in and clean open lobby area.Self service check in machines very simple to use.The room had been recently refurbished and was of very good quality, very pleasantly surprised.The location is about 10 minutes walk from the central area.

Both rooms had BED BUGS! ||||We complained and were told they hadn't had bed bugs in months. And then sent on our way. The staff were rude and unhelpful. Did I mention the rooms were dirty too? Forks and unclean cups on the beds!?||||Avoid at all costs. Pulling up a sleeping bag on the street corner would be cleaner and safer.

Perfect location right next to Leeds Arena and shopping centre which has a large Morrisons in. Also has a weatherspoons (stick and twist) 0.6 miles away (next to the arena) where we decided to have breakfast. The hotel itself was in great condition all round. Rooms very spacious. Only down side was no parking but there is parking at next to the arena.

Acceptable and modern room with a modest view and occasionally terrible squeaking in the middle of the night. The windows could not be opened and the cleanliness could have been better. Breakfast options were NOT available as stated and advertised on the menu and paid for in advance and I was only offered a little more of it once out of 4 nights. Otherwise I was referred to the buffet. The advertising for the hotel is promising, the disappointment all the more certain. What a pity.

I stayed at this Premier Inn a week ago and I would definitely come back again. My room was newly refurbished and spotless. The staff went above and beyond when I needed help with a certain situation, one in particular I think her name was Indra. Will definitely be using this place when next in Leeds
