I booked this hotel after researching months ahead to make sure the rooms were good quality and there were no spiders.A few days before going in I read about some reviewers finding bedbugs which made me very paranoid. We booked 3 premium rooms and the good news is not a single one had bugs and they were all clean so that's great. The facilities and environments were great and relaxing, and the staff were some of the friendliest I've met in hotels, and I've been to a lot.Overall I think my expectations were exceeded and I'd hook here again. But I'd like to cover a few negatives which I think are very important to note. The breakfast cost £12 which is standard with the brand, but the actual breakfast stand was very disappointing for me and my family. There were tiny trays for the whole breakfast audience to feast on, which is roughly 8 eggs and 8 hashbrowns for the whole room at a given time. There weren't many vegetarian options as well unfortunately. One major problem was the lack of labels, usually every hotel I've had breakfast at labels their food, and I could see how this can be quite risky for certain types of people under certain diets. Some of the towels had black marks in the room, though most were moderately clean. Unfortunately the walls felt paper thin because I could hear every single phone notification from whoever my neighbour was throughout the night. I didn't have much sleep unfortunately and neither did my family because of this, it's not something I would've brought up if it was just an issue for me but I wasn't aware they couldn't sleep either in their own rooms for similar reasons.Otherwise, great experience.

Norwich City Centre Premier Inn was the perfect base from which to explore the city. A short walk over the river and you're there. We stayed 2 nights. Our room was comfortable and we had everything we needed. …

Great location for access to the city centre. All staff both on the desk and at breakfast very helpful and friendly. Nice big family room. Useful Blue Badge parking (limited spaces) next to the building. Great breakfast. We definitely return.

We had no complaints with our single overnight stay. Friendly staff, comfortable room with good facilities. Enjoyable breakfast in relaxing surroundings. Off site parking was reasonably close. Hotel location perfect for central Norwich visit.

Stayed here for two nights. Good location near the city centre, about 20min walk from station. No air con and the rooms were really hot but window had been left open and there were 2 fans in the room when we arrived so felt the staff were doing the best they could to make everyone comfortable. All the staff were friendly and breakfast was good. Was in Norwich for the 10K race and there were care bags in reception the day of the race with water and either a banana or cereal bar and bath salts which was a lovely touch, we much appreciated the kind gesture!

I love staying at the premier inn. Great location in terms of being in the city and the disabled parking to the side makes coming here so convenient. Also, the accessible rooms at the end of the corridor are the most awkward rooms to get into. A lot of manoeuvring is required to get a wheelchair into the room. The room itself was great. Lovely wide doorway into the bathroom but getting into the room itself was a bit of a mission.Just stayed yet again and we've had the best stay yet here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Needed a couple more extra pillows and the person at reception was kind enough to bring them to our room.

Standard room, with no aircon and little ventilation which made it very hot to be in. Fan was provided tho and on when arrived with window open. Good location to get into Norwich, with a multi story close by for parking with reasonable prices. Staff were helpful with providing extra pillows and towels when needed which is great.

I always stay here as it's a central location when I visit Norwich. The staff are amazing especially Wendy at breakfast time! The rooms are really hot on particularly warm days despite being given 2 fans, it's an unfortunate downside. Very accommodating whenever I stay, nothing is too much trouble.

You can always judge the quality of a hotel by the way you are welcomed by the receptionist at check in. …
