Very lovely stay and in a great location for our Longleat day out. We were pleased with the comfort of the bed and the quality of food and drink. We had great value for money with our food and the meal deal. …

This hotel was chosen to meet up with family and be near Longleat. We stayed in a premier plus room which was very nice having recently been refurbished. Only downside was difficulty in using the Nespresso machine. Good for parking on site but a car is needed to get to Frome town, which proved to be a very interesting historic place. Good breakfast and pub style dinner.

The reception and the restaurant are both nicely chilled. Whilst we were happy with the accommodation, food and service, my advice is NEVER stay there during a heat wave: the bedrooms have NO air conditioning; because of H&S, the windows will only open two inches; they provide a fan, but it's so noisy it disturbs your sleep and, of course, fans cool you while blowing directly on you but have nil effect on the temperature of the room itself.

Breakfast was good. Wish they offer room service though. As my little one is neurodiverse and doesn’t like to eat out. Trying to carry all food in a drinks tray with kid on tow was not fun. No staff was able help either. Think I’ll have mcdonalds delivery next time.

Needed a bed for a wedding taking place nearby. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking available despite all the refurbishment going on.Breakfast in Beefeater next door was excellent and highly recommended.

Lovely Premier Inn at Frome. Very clean and comfortable room. It has a Beefeater joined to the Premier Inn to eat at or have breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was really lovely. Not that we need it much in this country, but the first Premier Inn a few days before I stayed in had air con which was so nice, sadly this one didn't so it was an extremely hot night, but that is just minor.Big car park, and it is also free to park.

Had a lovely weekend with my family, staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean. Having no air con wasn't nice though. Family member is GF we found the menus had plenty to offer and were great at handling the situation. Would stay again.

Great location, plenty of parking, easy access, staff are friendly, plenty of room for your stay, prices vary and can be expensive, I had to change a date due to a cancellation and the price went up by another £47, if you have blue light card book your meal separately as they don't inform you that beefeater offer a discount but premier inn doesn't. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great stay, lovely clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner as expected. We did however notice the poor cleaning staff having to lug their cleaning trolleys up and down a slippery flight of stairs (raining outside and renovatios being done), which wasn't great.
