We had an okay stay at Victory House Leicester Square. The people at the reception were always very nice and helpful. The cleaning process lacks a little but it improved a lot when we asked the reception about it.The breakfast is small but good. The location of the hotel is in the heart of picadilly circus but be aware that in the night it‘s quite loud and there are a lot of strange people around the hotel. But we didn‘t mind that much so we enjoyed the stay.

We stayed here for one night at the weekend. We had a really friendly welcome when we arrived early to drop our bags off prior to check in and were told our room was ready and we had been upgraded and no extra charge to check in early. The room was lovely, very spacious and clean and with a great view which included the London Eye. After seeing a show and enjoying a meal out we returned and sat outside enjoying a drink and watching the world go by and the street entertainment in Leicester Square. We returned to our room and it was lovely, comfortable and peaceful sleep with no noise from outside at all. The only downside was the disappointment of the breakfast in the morning.....certainly not worth the money ! We had to ask for eggs and tomatoes as they had run out and there was no milk for tea and the toaster was not working! But all in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly return and recommend to others. Thank you for an enjoyable weekend.

With the cost of accommodation in central London spiralling, I spent a long time deciding on where to stay weighing up the cost and the type of room I would receive for value for money. I finally decided on the Victory. …

This hotel was great! Everything was super close - Leicester square, china town, the tube. The team was so nice and helpful, and the rooms were clean and modern. The shower was great and good AC. Only thing is that there is no closet, but that is really not that important. We would love to come back - it was delightful.

We stayed here for one night - we needed an easy location to/from the tube and the airport since we only had a few hours in London. While the location was central and easy to walk places, I would not stay here again. This part of London was 10x louder and busier than Times Square. Bring earplugs if you want to sleep! The room might have been clean but it was too dark to even tell. Glad we were only there for a few hours.

Avoid this Hotel at all cost if you don't want to be put in danger! If you made a booking at this hotel (even pre-paid), you will find yourself without a room. There is a chance they might send you around the city with a stranger to check into a dodgy lower-class hotel at 22 pm at night. They do not respond to claims made afterwards via e-mail and offer you a complementary 5€ drink on site. I waited more than 4 hours in various hotel lobbies to get a room and the same occurred to 15 people that same night. I've seen them sending single women through the city with a stranger in order to check into a different hotel - rightfully so the women refused to leave. For the price you pay at this place it is a complete and utter shame how they treat their guests. Please do yourself a favor and avoid staying there as it might put you in danger and serious risk, especially as the area is a party/nightclub area.

Amazing staff, they were very welcoming and friendly, and on hand 24hr hours. Rooms clean, nice size, great facilities. Great bar and restaurant, with outside seating. Amazing location in the heart of everything you need to see in London. All within walking distance. We will 100% be returning for future stays.

I accidentally booked this hotel via Booking.com due to an issue with my Google Pay. I immediately sent a message to the property explaining the mistake and requested a cancellation, but received no response. I then contacted Booking.com, who sent a cancellation notice on my behalf, yet I still haven't received any reply or refund from the hotel. It's incredibly disappointing that £323 is being withheld despite my prompt communication, which would have allowed the room to be rebooked by other guests. This feels like a very unprofessional practice, and I expect my money to be returned promptly. Otherwise, I will be forced to escalate this matter further

Hotel is ok. Staff is unprofessional and unhelpful. If there’s an issue you will not get treated professionally. There’s literally no one to speak to apart from the reception/manager, who were dismissive and offered no assistance. …

Our stay was greatly enhanced by the excellent location and the quality of the room. The hotel provided a clean and functional space, perfect for an overnight visit near the theaters. However, the breakfast experience was somewhat awkward and disorganized, so don’t expect table service
