We stayed here for one night, it was clean and dry, so it did what it needed to do. Clean towels and clean bedspread. |It was also a good location, right near the pier. …

Friends stayed there one weekend, left a necklace in room. I went back for it but took ages to get anyone to serve me. No one behind reception when I arrived and was another lady waiting to check in. The area was also full of migrants

Worse Hotel ever, make sure you read reviews |No staff around to complain to, hotel room leaves a lot to be desired. Kettle full of scale, dirty walls, black and damaged carpet, don't bother complaining to payman who owns it or buyagift who you purchased off they don't want to know. Just choose somewhere else

We stayed at Grant Hotel for 2 nights. It was a very bad experience. The room that we were allocated was dirty, especially the bathroom. The room was as basic as it can be. There was nothing grant about this hotel!!!! …

Absolutely awful place. Paid £180 for a 1 night stay for 4 of us in the "flat". It was the absolute pits. No hot water. no soap curtains looked like they had come out of a skip. The whole place was filthy and had bare wires everywhere. No staff there apart from check in time @3pm. Took £50 on card upon check in and we had to chase them via email and calling them for 10 days before we got it back. Photos are when it was owned by previous owners. DO NOT BOOK.

The pictures tell the story, shower not cleaned from the last guests, what looked like poo on the wall. Cushions and pillows yellow. TV did not work properly. The floor above guests seem to be moving the furniture around at all hours of the morning. No management on duty at time of check out. Over £130.00 paid for this service. Not happy

Very weird way to get your room key.Although there's no actual reception there was a fellow guest who contacted the owners. We then had to confirm that we'd paid the £50 deposit we'd sent that was on top of our room price.Once that was done we were sent the code for an external Keysafe which held our room key.The room was clean, tidy and well furnished just unfortunately very cold due to the weather and also because the windows had been left open prior to our arrival..The heating isn't independent therefore the room was really cold for most of our stay and the heating isn't on all the time. The extra blankets in the wardrobe were used which meant once in bed we were warm. However I didn't expect to freeze for the majority of my stay. The view from the room is great though and in the summer I'm sure the room temperature would be better.
