Stayed one night and was really happy. Very good value for money. If you don't eat much for breakfast you may be better off looking for a cheaper option outside, however, the breakfast was perfect for us as my kids are used to having a good breakfast every morning. The staff was wonderful, always going out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable rooms. I always need to keep ice water in the room at night and they were so helpful giving me refills from the bar whenever I asked. Would have loved to stay a few more nights but we had to move on.

I stayed in this Premier Inn in October the night before the Oxford Half Marathon. The room was spotlessly clean and really nicely done out. Bed v. Comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful. …

Lovely hotel right in the middle of Oxford. Very clean and safe. The night manager (chap from Wakefield) was amazing and so nice to talk to. Would definitely stay again. Only down side was the lack of parking but we used a recommendation from the hotels website and it was half the price of the Westgate centre.

I was in Oxford for a work trip. The hotel was easy to find, close both to the train station and city centre. It was good value and had a good range of food options suitable for a vegan/gluten free diet at breakfast. …

A modern, clean quiet bed in a great location.A 10 min walk from the station and in the middle of town we couldn’t have asked for more! It’s your typical modern premier inn experience.Staff were great (once your found them!), utilised the left luggage on our final day which was appreciated. Our room was clean, cooled with air con and quite even though we were near the stairs. No complaints!

Great location. I was very impressed with the check in. The room is very comfortable and has everything you need for a short stay. Breakfast was good. Hot and cold options were fine. Staff are the most helpful you will find at a premier inn. Thank you.

We have been there few days and it was strange for us, that it is only 3 stars hotel, because it was feeling like we are in 5 stars. Check in was quick and lovely woman (I don’t remember her name) asked us about our trip and how we all feeling. It was just few minutes, but this support sometimes important (a specially when you travel with kids).Hotel has many rooms, but what did I notice it is calm atmosphere and polite staff, which is very unusual in our days.Breakfast was lovely. They provided free food for our children. I think it is big plus, because you never know how much children gonna eat in the morning.During the evening meal we were chatting with nice guy behind the bar and he also cheered up us a bit, because we have been little upset stay that night in the hotel instead of going out (cos one kid was feeling unwell). In general it was amazing 2 days and I didn’t find anything upsetting in “Premier Inn”.

The location: goodCheck in: we arrived at 12:30 to leave our luggage, the reception asked us if we want to check in, we said yes, if possible, why not. He said we should pay an extra 10 pound for early check-in. We said thanks, just keep our luggage. Then we came back at 3 pm and there was a long queue for check-in. If you have rooms ready, what’s wrong with checking in a couple hours early like any other hotels? Or at least do the process but say the room will be ready later!Cleanness: not so good, there were stains in the corners of shower-cubicle’s door, not affecting the hygiene but still disgusting. The carpet in the room was not properly vacuumed. Other people hairs got stuck on my socks!Bed: extremely noisy and springy with the slightest move, but they have the nerve to advertise their mattress to sell!Breakfast: not worth it unless you are a huge eater. There are plenty of restaurants within 1-2 minutes walk that offer the same breakfast with half price. The quality is average to low and the options are limited. Again another British hotel that claims to have continental breakfast, but only offers jams and croissant! Frozen berries! No cheese, no cold cut, not even real bread!

We stayed over for a wedding, rang early in the morning to see if we could get an early check in, gentlemen we spoke to was very helpful and said he would try. Arrived at 12 and our room was ready which was great. Clean room, basic but that's all we needed. Great location to get around Oxford. It was lovely and quiet and breakfast was lovely the next day. Would happily stay there again.

Room was nice and clean. I had a wonderful stay.||Though the fire alarm went off around 5 in the morning and we had to go down due to the emergency. But other than that, it was a good place to stay in. ||Recommending others to try and stay while exploring the beautiful oxford city.
