Lovely hotel in our favourite city. Upgraded to suite which was stunning! Will definitely be back. Only downside was a little noisy by outdoor stairwell after 9am, but it was sign posted that staff could work in that area after 9am so understood jobs had to be completed.

“Fantastic Stay ! ”Will definitely stay here if we find ourselves in Bath again. Well appointed staff, room and overall hotel. The check in was very pleasant and fast. The room was stocked will all necessities along with some surprising extras at no additional charge (wine, beer etc). The decor is fun (quirky English style). Overall one of the best hotel stays we have had in a long time

The hotel was beautifully decorated and staff on arrival were very professional and friendly. Our initial room in the basement had a large chandler hanging very low over the bed which we didn’t like but the manager quickly moved us to another room in the old cellars which was charming and characterful.Breakfast was lovely with a good range of cold choices on the buffet and selection of hot foods including plenty of vegetarian options. Very nice hotel and excellent staff.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Indigo in Bath, London, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in London. The location is simply unbeatable; nestled in the heart of Bath, Hotel Indigo offers easy access to all the charming attractions the city has to offer. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by a delightful aromatic scent that immediately put me at ease. The ambiance was inviting, and the aesthetic of the hotel was nothing short of stunning. My room was beautifully appointed, with a perfect blend of modern design and classic elegance. One of the highlights of my room was the luxurious clawfoot tub in the bathroom. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The hotel’s selection of shower gels and shampoo conditioners was also a lovely surprise. They were infused with aromatherapy scents that added a special touch to my bathing experience. The hotel staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. They were incredibly sweet, kind, and polite, always ensuring that I had everything I needed. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home and added a personal touch to my stay.Overall, this hotel made my visit to Bath absolutely perfect. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay in a beautiful setting.

Perfectly located to Bath main parts and entertainment. Service at the bar was super slow which was such a shame. The rooms were gorgeous but small and it wasn't cheap to stay here. Loved the courtyards and the way we needed to move around hotel as it's in different sections. Reception staff were welcoming and professional.

A potentially excellent hotel let down by aspects of the room and very inefficient breakfast service. The hotel is well presented with lots of quirky details that make your stay memorable. The staff are uniformly friendly and helpful and make an excellent impression. The room was spacious and well equipped, but let down by the miniscule en-suite shower room - not enough room to turn around, let alone swing a cat. Quality of maintenance in the shower room made it look cheap and tacky. The overall impression of the room was further reduced by having incredibly filthy windows. The bed was comfortable, but sleep was interrupted by the excessive light leaking from the corridor around the frame of the door. This was sufficiently bad that the room was bright enough to navigate around in the dead of night without switching on any lights. The breakfast service was incredibly slow and inefficient. Admittedly we arrived at peak time, but we waited nearly 15 minutes to be seated. There was a long delay before hot drinks arrived. The incorrect hot breakfast was served and took about 20 minutes to put right. The team struggles with the number of tables that it has to look after and are further hindered by the eccentric layout of the restaurant. Whilst I appreciate this is part of the quirkiness of the hotel, we were placed on a tiny table in what was evidently a converted corridor. Being out of the way we seemed to be forgotten by the service team.

The hotel is beautiful. Everyone is ready to help you in everything you need. It's a little expensive, they said that you can consume everything in the minibar but they do not refill it..... the cleaning of the room was really poor as the food we ate on the terrace. But, when we ate at the restaurant, the situation was different. It was amazing, and we loved every single dish.

I would like to award 5 stars overall, but to get the negative aspect out of the way first, difficulty to park in order to check in, and no elevator, forces me to dock one star.Otherwise, this hotel is spectacular with friendly, helpful staff. The location is perfect for walking access to all parts of the city. Although my reservation was for a standard room, I was assigned a Vault Room, a former stable built in the 18th century. It is cleverly renovated making use of the natural stone walls, enhanced with soft lighting and black timber finishing, and wonderfully quiet. The king bed was so comfortable with a high quality Hypnos mattress bed and luxury Egyptian cotton linen. The spacious bathroom had a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.

The hotel is perfectly situated for visiting Bath. The rooms are comfortable and rather quirky with each room being different to the others and all fitting the beautiful historic building. It was lovely and quiet and an excellent base for a short break. The bar was welcoming and friendly and breakfast was excellent, good quality produce cooked well. Every single member of staff was helpful & welcoming, making it a very pleasant stay.
