Stayed for 1 night as going to the Royal Albert Hall for a concert. The hotel is in easy walking distance of the venue and in an area with lots of shops and restaurants. …

We loved our stay and really enjoyed our small stay at this hotel. To say that it is perfectly situated is an understatement to say the least. It is perfectly placed for all events. We went to the Royal Albert Hall for a concert and it was a easy 15 minute walk!!The decor is boutique come eccentric but is fabulous. The service at the hotel was great and polite. The room we had was the petite room and in all fairness it was exactly that. We on retrospect would have wished for a bigger room. But it served every purpose that we wanted. So in that respect it was great. All in all it was a reasonable priced hotel in a very convenient place. Oh by the way say hello to all the animals!!!

The experience at the Hux Hotel was fantastic! The room was spotless, and the entire hotel is beautifully decorated, making it a perfect place for a special occasion. The lively atmosphere in the bar, with a live DJ and great cocktails, was a highlight. The bar staff were excellent and very accommodating, adding to the overall experience.Connor at the front desk was exceptional. He went above and beyond, not only delivering complimentary champagne to the room but also helping with the bags and ensuring everything was perfect throughout the stay. His attention to detail made everything even more memorable.Overall, the service was outstanding, and the thoughtful touches were much appreciated. The Hux Hotel exceeded all expectations, and a return visit is definitely on the cards!

Hux Hotel was definitely a great location for a solo trip to London! It's close to the tube, across the street from Kensington Palace and Hyde Park, and among some great food and drink options in the city. It was prime location for touring and having a relaxing trip to the city! Rooms were very nice and comfortable, albeit super small. I couldn't walk around the bed without doing a side shuffle. But for just me, it was okay. I think if I was traveling with my partner we would need a bigger room (I didn't upgrade knowing it was just myself and didn't want to spend extra). They were also impeccably clean which is a very important feature!!My only downside for the room and for the hotel itself is that it was pretty noisy in my hall into the early morning from what it sounded like were people who just got a room after spending the night downstairs. I did appreciate the separate entrance for the hotel vs the club/bar space, but if I were wanting a more relaxing trip this would not be the place to stay. If you're in town to party and explore night life though, this is a great spot. I didn't spend any time at the bar or restaurant because it was too much club atmosphere for the vibes I wanted. However, I will say it seemed like a fun place to hang and the staff were top notch at going back and forth from hotel to bar mode. Also for the price, the value of this hotel was amazing. It was a great stay and I'd be back.

I was meant to be staying with my partner, but due unforeseen circumstances he couldn’t come. So I invited my very good friend, it was a bit of a tight squeeze in the double bed, but it was ok! …

There were a lot of things to love about this hotel. The location for one being right across the road from Kensington Gardens/Palace. And considering right on Kensington High Street, it wasn't noisy. The hotel has extremely nice touches and has been decorated to a high level. The staff were very helpful and appreciated how smart they looked. The free cocktails were a nice touch. What was disappointing was the size of the room - future travelers definitely consider a Superior room. I have stayed in a lot of London hotels so know sizes aren't abundant, but this was the smallest we have stayed in. Fine if you are literally sleeping/showering, but tight for 2 of us to hang out. The bathroom we had was tiny - you could easily bang your head while using the toilet and the shower was tight. Design flaw is that the toilet seat blocks the flush - first world problems I know. I also asked for a lower level as I don't use lifts, and was put on the top floor - so I certainly got my steps in. Original room didn't have a separate cooler so room was super hot - the staff were very helpful to find another room but I think we went into a smaller room for the sake of it being cooler. Also there are inner steps within the floors. I didn't realize how to contact the front desk to help with baggage (now I know it was on the back of the card - no phone in the room).Again location, staff and finishes are excellent though

Stayed here with my hubby for the night. This is such a lovely hotel. The decor is really fun and it’s very well situated. The cocktails are amazing and the staff are all really lovely. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! They hung a banner saying happy anniversary which was a lovely surprise. We parked in the hotel opposite which was really handy and hassle free.

5 star perfection! Our family of five (2 adults and 3 children 11-16) had a wonderful stay at the Hux. We stayed in one of the lovely suites in the annex building with a view of the park. The suit was spacious, impeccably clean, well equipped, including a much appreciated washing machine, and the beds and bathroom were luxurious and comfortable. The location is great - across from the park, near a Whole Foods, with some nice shopping nearby. But the best thing about the Hux was the staff and the service! Hanan and Conor were great! Conor patiently and cheerfully handled the million changes we made to our reservation and when we finally met in person Conor was as cheerful, helpful and kind as he was in all the emails! They couldn’t do enough for you and all with a genuine smile and effort to make our stay a great one! We will definitely be back!
