I thought the room would be basic single room shared bathroom for the Bargain price I paid but was greatly surprised. I'm in room 1, lovely room with a comfy double bed and en suite. It's very clean. It's a lovely hotel. The beach at the end of the Rd. Il be booking here again x

For the price paid it was very comfortable. 2 minutes from the seafront on a quiet street, the property was well heated and the room provided was clean and cosy with a good sized ensuite. The room contained a kettle, television, drawers and a wardrobe. The owners were friendly and allowed me to check-in early. Would recommend.

Rooms were alright you get what you pay for and for £34 a night for the 4 of us it was decent. Beds were uncomfortable though. It was warm,clean shower and bathroom was clean. The telly worked and had all the freeview channels. Staff were really friendly aswell and we had a free breakfast included which was really nice. In a very good location too. I do recommend this place if you want a nice cheap stay in Blackpool 👍

A lot of places in blackpool dont allow same sex parties but i Went with a group of women from work, the rooms were good, the rooms i saw all had single/double beds not bunk beds which was great for us enough for what we needed, breakfast was nice.

Very friendly B&B. The host is extremely helpful. It's not a 5* B&B so don't expect a 5* service however it is a very good place for a lovely breakfast clean room clean bathroom good location to attractions whilst being in a quiet side street. Steps to the front door so not electric wheelchair accessible but can park up mobility scooter just outside if you have a cover as its safe and cctv in operation. 10 minute walk to the attractions. Rooms clean and had everything in you would expect. Breakfast cooked to order and very nice indeed.

We stayed this weekend and for the price it was just fabulous. Exceeded our expectations for the price, and breakfast was included. I would happily stay here with my family again. Owners very helpful and kind to the children. This is the best hotel we’ve stayed in yet in Blackpool and at quarter of the price, why wouldn’t we be happy.
