All staff members were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Parking area quite small, one bay having been used by a homeless person( once reported the items were moved. Well worth the price paid for two people. Very convenient location, good basic hotel.

Absolutely lovely stay, staff are excellent! Bed was so comfortable, room was clean and such a great location within the city. I visited for business and couldn’t recommend it enough. I’ve been staying in a lot of Travelodges with work but this is my favourite by a long way.

We booked for the accessible room. The location was good for our needs; central Chichester. The bathroom was well designed for mobility issues. BUT the beds were too low; I needed help to get up from the bed. They were also very narrow. Not exactly extensive services during our stay - no cleaning or making of beds. And someone had tied the emergency cord to a very high bar in the shower - completely out of reach.

My sister and I (Liza and Charlotte - room 226 with a spectacular view of the cathedral ) came here last year and we had a thoroughly enjoyable time. Again, the staff were impeccable and sorted out our needs immediately! The service and the warm welcome made us feel so at home, and part of the family! Special thanks to Mia, who gave us so much advice and great places of interest to visit, and made us feel like VIP guests! Most definitely, us Golden Girls, will be returning next year! Thank you all to the staff at the Chichester Travelodge! This will be an annual meeting for years to come…

Travelodge still provides a more "budget" offering but reasonable value. This hotel is ideally situated at the centre of Chichester and with limited free parking. It's clean & tidy if basic with no hot food or drink. Staff are extremely pleasant & helpful. I have to mention Danielle on reception for exceptional service.
