FANTASTIC location. Bargain price. Clean room with everything you need.Perfect for an over night stay in London.Just a few little things to note ...the room could do with a small fridge to keep drinks cool. There was not hot water in the shower. The TV didn't work. Not enough tea bags milk and sugar for tea making.Overall this hotel was great value for money and I will definitely be booking for a stay again soon.

Terrible customer service. Check in time till 8 pm and no info provided in time manner about what to do if arriving after 8 pm. Tried to reach by phone 6 times well before 8pm for the cancellation but nobody will pick up the phone . No check in instructions given in time Lost 45£ in this and in addition had to book another hotel by the time I make it after 8pm . Absolutely waste of money.

The location is perfect but the WiFi does not work if you are on the top floors, we told the staff this and they blamed it on our own devices! There is also no service at the top.Be aware of how many stairs there is as it is a struggle. The rooms are small and basic however there are spots that haven’t been cleaned. The shower is stained yellow with black mould and the shower door has a gap at the bottom so water leaks out with no bath mat.Very little sleep as everytime someone was going up/down the stairs it is very loud and annoying.

A very small room, even no any table & chair.Bath room drainage silting.Without any storage for our washing materials like shampoo etc.No hanging facility for cloths & towels.Acceptable walking location from tube station & with plenty of shops over there.

We had a great short stay! The bed is very comfy and the room even though small, was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The view was lovely and the location great as it's 2' from the metro and all the stores. The neighborhood beautiful and safe. The bathroom was bit too small, clogged and the door didn't close properly but still was clean and that's what matters most

Wow,Really impressed. For a budget budget hotel. Fearing the worst and expecting slight grimness.Like dirty room, old stained carpet. Tired decor etc.Room looked really nice. So was bed. Left me 2 packets of biscuits to have. Hair dryer. Soap. Shower gel.kettle. decaf tea and a coffee sachets. Nice towels provided.Better amenities than most triple the price hotels I've stayed in.Paid 32£ all in all. What an absolute bargain

I really enjoyed my stay at the Paramount Hotel! For a fair (Londonian) price, you get a cute and comfy bedroom, a very decent bathroom, the hotel is in a very good spot (metro is near and a LOT of pubs and restaurants) and a very helpful staff! Cheers to Amy for being great 👌

Nice hotel, very quiet and clean. The neighborhood is very good too, and is connected with metro and bus in less than 5 minutes. If you come after midnight it's a long way to the center but still being good. The double room have everything, hairdryer, a fridge, some tea, cofee and milk to do your own breakfast, and the autonomous check-in also works pretty well. The only thing is the mattress had something hard inside that nailed it in my back a couple times during the night. But as there's no receptionist at check-out time, it is not possible to talk with any person.

I paid £117 for one night, I could of went somewhere else for a better value of money, the room looked like it hasn’t been cleaned, there was bowels of hair down the sink drain and no plug for it, the pressure of the shower was appalling, there was hundreds of pubes all over the floor, we were put into the basement in one of the rooms and out side was a place for people to smoke which kept stinking the room out, the only good thing was that the bed was okay, could have been worse. Was not happy with it at all.

First of all - this is a an excellent location in Earl's Court area where you can reach metro in 6 mins. It has supermarket nearby, lots of small restaurants and bakeries around to eat and even some smaller souvenir shops. Hotel staff has been very kind, offering great guidance and help when needed. Our budget room was extremely small but this is what we new when we booked it (i think it said around 9 square metres) and for a short sight seeing visit for couple of days - it has been excellent! You got bathroom, one bed for two and couple of hangers where you can leave your clothes. It also had an iron with iron board, hair dryer and to my surprise - coffee, tea, small package milks, sugar and cups! Everything you need for short sightseeing visit to the city. The area of the hotel is very scenic, quiet and picturesque. I loved our stay here - will be coming back for sure - very soon! :)
