This is has to by far the best Premier Inn I have stayed in. We were greeted with an amazing services, by two wonderful staff who were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, had everything we needed and believe it or not, it was really quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the room was also a pretty good size. We had a very relaxing stay. A wonderful meal and were very happy. The hotel is a short walk from the train station and easy to find. All staff were very kind and professional and the overall stay was a joy! I will return.

Easy to check-in, Room was nice and comfy, staff was nice as well. It’s a self check-in service, but staff is helpful in assisting everyone. It’s close to Railway station which is a plus for anyone travelling from London or nearby areas.

The premises was clean. The room was clean. Breakfast was very good. No car park, but there is a public car park nearby about a 3-minute walk, around£10 for 24 hours, also close to Tunbridge Wells train station and centre. We stayed here as we were attending a wedding at the high rocks wedding venue which was a £8 taxi ride away. Taxes available at reception.

I booked Premier Inn Tunbridge Wells for a stay during a table football tournament, representing my country. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was their breakfast offering and their "Good Night Guarantee," as we needed early starts each day. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what was promised.Upon arrival, we discovered that the restaurant was closed due to a rat infestation. This not only meant no breakfast but also raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel overall. The fact that a rat infestation was even an issue speaks volumes about the level of upkeep here.Despite this significant inconvenience, Premier Inn failed to honour their Good Night Guarantee and refused to offer a refund or any form of compensation. I’m left feeling completely let down, and given the circumstances, I can only give this hotel a negative review. If cleanliness and basic service standards matter to you, I would avoid this location at all costs.

Staff were great. Took time to explain and even drop off receipt to my room. Breakfast was the usual good quality. Lack of parking onside could have been an issue but there's a large multi-storey car park a stones throw away. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
