All the staff are great, clean rooms at a fair price (especially if booked in advance) Highly recommend. Very friendly and helpful at the desk. The rooms are always kept to a good standard. After a few weeks there with work I would happily come back if the need arises

Comfy bed ideal when you travelled in the wet weather. Hot shower over a bath. Grab a pint at the bar served by friendly staff. Not my first visit young girl on reception Sarah.? …

Absolutely amazing service by all staff we have had contact with. Especially Jude who went above and beyond for us. No job too small for this amazing team of staff. |Also so easy with our dog, not expensive and he was welcomed by all. |Would definitely recommend this great hotel.

Booked this hotel so we could get some sleep before driving home from the airport. Communication throughout the booking service was great, and the lady who greeted us was friendly. Sadly this is the only positive thing I can say about our experience. The rooms smelt fusty as soon as we got in. The carpet was dirty and worn. The chairs in the room had holes in them.The bed was the biggest problem. This was probably the most uncomfortable bed I have ever (not) slept in as it was rock hard, and the pillows were also somehow hard! We gave up trying to sleep and checked out at about 7.30am (instead of the 11am we had intended so we could drive home safely!). I did mention the terrible bed to the lady on reception when we checked out but felt that my comment was dismissed.I didn't expect luxury with the pricing, but it would have been nice to just have a comfortable bed for a few hours sleep.

Great hotel. Jude was my favourite. Great girl, helpful and a great sense of humour. My new BFF. Deserves a pay rise. Also a bunch of flowers from her boss. Stayed here for the racing and she’s a speedy wee number, great chassis and engine, needs a service

My wife and I stayed here after a flight back from our holiday. Couldn’t be more pleased with the experience, the lady on reception, Danielle, was lovely and very helpful. I would stay here again as it was convenient and relatively cheap and the rooms were comfy and clean :)

Very friendly staff that are very helpful, especially Jude.|Nothing is too much trouble .|Rooms are comfortable & Clean . Has a sweet little bar , breakfast in a box is ample and good to go .nothing to fault .I have to keep writing as they want 200 characters.

Checked in quite late but Jude met me with enthusiasm and a wonderful attitude.||I am recovering from an injured leg and still on crutches, and Jude offered me help on multiple occasions. ||I honestly felt like nothing was too much trouble and it made me feel very comfortable.

The hotel was clean and very convenient for where we needed to be. Staff were always on hand, which was very helpful. However, it was so hot and the room didn't have air conditioning. You can only open the windows a tiny bit and when you do the main road is a constant noise all night long. It never stops. So consequently, despite it being great value and very convenient, sleep was not good. Way too hot, and far too noisy. Air conditioning units would sort it out, albeit an expensive investment!!

Bedroom was big enough and pretty clean. Floors above creaked every time someone moved, I had a pizza, it was quite good, was it worth £12.79 NO.Please be aware there is no kitchen to provide breakfast, just breakfast to go, a box with the bare essentials in. I failed to realise this, my fault entirely. For, in their words, a 2 star budget hotel, it was a place to lay my head. Obviously suits workers away from home and nothing else.
