We stayed here on Sunday night and it was great. Check in was ok but a pain using the machines especially when there were staff available on reception. Our ground floor room was spacious and clean with plenty of tea and coffee. …

My stay at Premier Inn was absolutely wonderful! The comfort of the beds is second to none – I had one of the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a long time. The rooms are cozy and well-appointed, making it easy to relax after a long day. But what truly sets this Premier Inn apart is the amazing, friendly staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was warm, welcoming, and eager to assist with any request. Their genuine hospitality made my stay feel special. I highly recommend Premier Inn for anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay. Five stars all the way!

The rooms are so lovely. Had a really lovely sleep. Breakfast was Greta as well with a good spread. I wasn't a fan of the whole self check-in process as it felt quite impersonal. Parking was a nightmare and a bit of a walk to the hotel. Enjoyed my stay nonetheless. Will definitely stay again!

Room was facing a nightclub which worried me a bit after hearing the noise outside however could hardly hear it in the room, and im a light sleeper! Staff at breakfast were lovely and friendly. Breakfast was lovely, loads of options, great for the price!

We recently stayed at the Premier Inn in Durham and were pleasantly surprised at how good the whole experience was. I normally stay outside of the city centre and travel in, but decided to try something different.  …
