Used primarily to stay before crossing the tunnel to France.Beds are comfortable, rooms are a decent size.Large restaurant and bar on site. Food is nothing to rave about and portion sizes are small.Haven't eaten breakfast in the morning as my party leave before it's started being served, so can't comment on that. Will use again.

Room was lovely. Comfy bed feels like home big and roomey. Staff are lovely and friendly. Not tried the breakfast yet will do on my next stay soon on our 7 year anniversary. Nice and cool in the room as heating if needed bed was nice soft mattress and pillows

Dated. Noisy and not a great sleep as advertised. The room was dated and paint scuffed and dirty marks all over the bathroom had missing bits and broken bits the fan was so noisy you couldn't leave it on while in the bathroom.  …

I’m a big fan of a premier inn but this is not my favourite. It was a last minute emergency trip across the channel to visit a poorly relative. Good price & comfy bed. Bathroom could do with updating. …

Excellent location for Le Shuttle, nice large car park, convenient & reasonable restaurant in neighbouring building but thats it.Staff on reception were terrible. One sat on his phone with knees wedged into the desk, leaning back whilst the other simply grunted with little communication.Room had an extractor fan with a knackered bearing so was grinding the whole time it was on & of zero use as an extractor, hairs in the bath, water pressure not sufficient to actually have a shower, room in late October was boiling & no air con (large fan in the room so assume this is a known problem), the second toilet roll stored next to the toilet appeared to have several lumps of vomit dried onto the top side of it from where I assume a previous guest had been ill and the cleaners hadn't replaced this roll. What was out of control of the hotel was the noise of the corridor as anything above a gentle walk seemed to reverberate through the floor & there seemed to be plenty of guests staying there pre or post Disneyland so by the very nature, was quite noisy. It was to be expected in hindsight & not something I had taken into consideration BUT the terrible cleaning & poor attitude of staff, combined with a ridiculously hot room didn't make for a pleasant stay.

The heating was unbearable (never ever would have imagined these words from me) and although my son-in-law spoke to reception their attitude was very unconcerned and they just said they were aware of the problem but there was nothing to be …

What’s the room itself? Is absolutely standard and as you would expect for a Premier Inn comfy bed reasonable facilities et cetera the problem with our room is that it was 26° and there was no ability to reduce the temperature. …

Had such a lovely stay at the Premier Inn. We were just using it as somewhere to sleep after a family wedding but the staff were so lovely to our young children and even gave them some colouring in and chocolate buttons. The staff were also incredibly helpful on the phone as we wanted to check in early and needed a travel cot. Would definitely recommend as they were brilliant.

Great location close to the channel tunnel. However the welcoming staff were not the best. No information on where breakfast was served, one of them seemed more interested in chewing gum than helping his colleagues. The rooms were clean and well maintained, but incredibly hot, we were informed that the hotel had no air conditioning and offered a sheet to replace the duvet. It served its purpose as a jumping off point to a holiday in France, but the addition of air conditioning would make a 2 star review into 4 stars. Will not return.
