I recently stayed at this hotel, and everything was absolutely perfect. I have stayed in many places, but this one truly exceeded my expectations. The facilities are exceptional: the sauna was incredibly relaxing, and the indoor pool was a fantastic way to unwind after a long day of exploring. The gym is well-equipped, offering everything I needed for a great workout. What really sets this hotel apart are the stunning views. Whether you're by the pool or just relaxing in your room, you can enjoy breathtaking scenery that truly enhances the experience. And let’s not forget the food — it was simply outstanding. Every meal was delicious and offered a wide variety of options, making dining here a real pleasure.Overall, this hotel provides the perfect combination of relaxation and luxury, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. I can't wait to return!

I was excited to have booked the ‘Night in the Clouds’ package for my husbands birthday. Prior to arriving, I contacted the hotel to make them aware it was a special occasion. …

The beds are poor in the standard rooms, the standard rooms are tired and dated with bump and Scratch marks everywhere. For £250 a night I would expect better standard. Did enjoy the breakfast which has a good selection. I think the front breakfast staff could smile more, I recieved more welcome from the serving staff I think from Asia.

The hotel is central with plenty of parking options. I used the car park over the road which was 30 seconds from the hotel entrance. …

Couldn’t fault my visit from arrival at reception from a very attentive and helpful attendant. Concierge parked and looked after my car and delivered on time the next morning with a smile and appropriate humour. The room was well presented and clean. Breakfast the following morning was without exception one of the best hotel breakfasts me and my party have experienced.

Tired decor, room was too hot with useless aircon. Stains on towels and bedding ready for throwing away. No slippers or dressing gowns. More like a 3 star hotel. …

Well it was one of the best Hilton experiences I've had so far. The location is amazing. There's a car park right across the street but you'd have to pay £20 pounds for 24hrs. It's a private car park operated by a 3rd party. But I guess if you're staying in Hilton £20 doesn't matter. Apart from the location and parking, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. I stayed for one night and was meeting with some old friends in the amazing rooftop bar(cloud 23) until a black security guard decided to ruin the night for us. Hilton should really look into who they're hiring/ contracting these Jobs to. I don't like being racially profiled especially from a black guy. Apart from that this hotel is a 10/10. It's recommended if you're in Manchester for a few nights.

I understand this is a fancy place but come on! Over £30 for two drinks is just not acceptable regardless of the economy. How can a person come here to relax if they are so on edge over the prices. |We won't be back. |The lovely bar lady should be noted though.

Ideal location for exploring the city. Was here from Sunday to Tuesday for work and had a great stay. Lovely choice for breakfast and very nice lunch. Went out to Chinatown for evening meal which was lovely, just 10 minutes walk to get there.
