A beautiful location for transportation by bus or train within 5 minutes trekking distance. Shopping and eateries around including a restaurant on ground floor. Rooms are typical of London small space of which this is above average having stayed in 3 different rooms here over time. Cleaning and bedding are good and comfortable. Wifi remains unsecured. A value for money hotel.

For its location, I cannot dock points. I was very impressed with how close the hotel is to the Bakerloo line. Very convenient to get places. It didn’t feel unsafe, just a bit run down and very local - which is perfectly acceptable. The Tesco express across the road was very convenient too. However, the room left much to be desired. The small details add up so I shall bore you with them, please feel free to read as much as you wish.- Upon entering the room, it smelled very stagnant, like mildew- When we went to open the window, it would not stay open, we needed to wedge something in between to get some ventilation into the room- The furniture was old and dusty, falling apart. The lamps did not work.- The quality of the pillows gave us neck cramps so we asked to be supplemented with another each the following night- The toilet was very acceptable.- The shower was not draining fast enough and caused an overflow of water almost flooding the toilet.- The shower head was installed very low at chest height. The other waterfall shower head was gaping on one side causing 2 streams to happen which was not very pleasant. Only seemed to have hot or very hot temperature water, can’t complain but hard to adjust.Overall, we made due with our stay as it was a great value for London. I would recommend this if you are strapped for budget, but if you can spend a few more I would recommend elsewhere for a more pleasant stay.

The worst hotel experience ever. Our "upgraded" double king size room with windows was constantly vibrating during the night thanks to the industrial AC units most probably of the entire hotel positioned on the roof/walls of our room. And we were not even using the AC in our room. Floors, bed, toilet—even the water bottle—were doing their best earthquake impression. No toilet paper after requests, so hello, Tesco. The room itself? Shabby, crammed with a collapsing couch, hand mirror awkwardly screwed to the wall, heavy glass shower doors misplaced, sewage smell from the AC, leaking vents, and inconsistent cleaning. Care and maintenance? Not a priority here, apparently.

Appalling, terrifying experience. A male member of staff entered my room at 1.00 am. I shouted at him and he backed out of the doorway. …

Wasn’t as we expected at all really overpriced&dissapointed. The room we stayed in 21st September (202) was absolutely red hot despite the weather not being good outside, the windows were inaccessible meaning you couldn’t open them due to another window blocking the actual window. The air con did not work either which was definitely needed. The bathroom was disgusting the shower was definitely not cleaned before we arrived nor was the bathroom mirror or sink (photos to follow) The lamp shades next to the bed were filthy and broken. The duvet cover was ripped and had marks on it. On arrival when we went to our room there was laundry all over the floor outside the lift which left everywhere stinking this should have been sorted before they let anyone check in.

+The location in relation to the tube was great. There was one line a half block away and another slightly more than a block away. Everything was very clean

We stayed here for 3 nights. We got a room without windows. Big mistake. The rooms AC unit didn’t work so we were sweating all night in a stuffy room. The next day, we switched rooms. Had to wait until 3 pm to get assigned a new room. …

Didn't feel particularly safe here There was no chain on the door and you could get into the hotel with no need for a key. Cleanliness was below average particularly in the bathroom and there was no hand soap or extra pillows/blankets. I probably wouldn't stay here again it's dated and not worth the price.

MY stay was very convenient, mainly because of the location, next to the Killburn High Road tube where you could easily reach Central London. There were some issues with the room like faulty air conditioning, windows that couldn't open (air couldn't circulate, not good at all), the mattress wasn't perfect (you could feel that it was used a lot of times) and I couldn't flush properly. All in all, for the price it was good but it could be much better. The TV was good with nice sound but the signal went off sometimes. The complimentary coffee and milk was a nice touch. They changed towels every day.

Parts of the reason why I booked specifically with your hotel was because of the air conditioning, and the warm weather. We booked our room without windows on the understanding that the room would be cool because of the air conditioning. You can imagine it was very disappointing to arrive in an incredibly warm room with the AC not working at all.We did ask reception to be moved but the hotel was fully booked, I also noticed a full list of around 10 rooms that were also experiencing air conditioning failure. We were provided with a fan, but this fan simply moved around the warm air. I would estimate the temperature in the room was around about 35 degrees just to give you an idea of how hot it was.Later in the evening, we discovered that the source of the extreme heat in our room was the fact that the towel rail was on in the bathroom, and unable to be turned off. We tried the switch outside of the bathroom, which made no difference. We tried to alert reception but there was nobody there, and nobody answering the phone number - There were other people at reception with the same problem. The extreme heat caused patrons to block open fire doors, to try to get some air flow through the corridors - which I can imagine is not safe at all from a fire safety point of view.As a result of this heat, on top of a very hot day it made the stay completely unbearable and unenjoyable. We were unable to sleep, and it ruined our stay in London. The room also smelt strongly of damp, and there was evidence of repairs to the ceiling plasterwork. We were told to talk to the manager the next day about a refund, however on checkout the manager was not there,
