With only a few hundred feet to the waterline, I easily found way there. Arriving late, I was welcomed by a friendly host, and delegated a cozy and comfortable single room - even with a small snack upon arrival. …

The whole place needs a deep clean, no hot water, room cold, paid for a superior room, if room 305 was the superior I would have hated to have stayed in a normal room. …

The hotel is pleasant and clean and staff were nice but unfortunately that's were the good ends, our hotel room was a reasonable size however the toilet almost flooded every time we flushed it, the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable …

Damp walls, dripping wet and mould ( i will attach photos) plug sockets didnt work, no hot water, rude staff. Honestly the stay from HELL! Refused to move the car the man who worked there had used to block our car in also. My niece has come home with a sore throat and respiratory infection, doctors have said it is almost certainly down to the damp conditions of the room. I will be contacting the local council and health and safety in the morning. When asked for a refund they refused.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

This has got to be hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. 20+ of us stayed here, on arrival no one about to check us in, waited 30 minutes to be greeted by a woman who handed out all our room keys out of a plastic carrier bag. …

Hotel from hell is an understement.Cleaning what's that. Disgusting, dirty, smells NOTHING works. Locks don't work, or you can't get in your room. Shower leaks like someone has had a bath. Had to put a towel on the floor so wouldn't fall . Out of 10 - 0 . I wouldn't give it that. Sock isn't mine in picture of the bathroom

Quite run down but you can see that the owners are trying.Lift access to all floors.Ramp access to the front of the building. The main thing is that the beds are clean and comfortable and the toilets and showers are clean.Excellent location 100 yards from the beach and south pier.No bar or breakfast facilities but loads about to chose from

Told a few days ago we had an upgraded room due to a leak in the room we originally booked. I told the lady I don't mind another room as long as it can fit us all in.Out of the blue they Sent me an email to cancel our booking two hours before we were due to arrive as the hotel is closed due to a leak. I personally think they had booked the upgraded room out for more money.A call would of been more professional but no we just got an email with a cancellation notice on. Luckily enough we found alternative accommodation however this wasn't great for my autistic son as we had been showing him pictures of the hotel to prepare him for his stay.It put a bit of a dampener on our plans at first but once we sourced another hotel we managed to enjoy our day
