Very affordable accommodation. Close to Paddington station, which was a factor for choosing to stay in this hostel. I do think it needs a lift in the building. …

I booked the cheapest bed in a 16-person dorm because I'm a heavy sleeper and didn't mind having people in the room, but I soon realized that this was a bit of a problem. …

Good experience. We booked an entire 4-beds room for my friends and I - room was clean, sheets included, towels available. Shared sanitary facilities were clean. Appreciated the “only female” shower space. …

Had an overall great experience here - got a bed for 17 quid a night in (almost) the middle of London, which is crazy to think about.Sure, it has the usual drawbacks of cheap hostels, and I believe that for such prices, there has to be some minuses - otherwise, this place would immediately go out of business with these prices. In terms of quality, it was pretty decent - the bedsheets were clean, the lockers were close to the rooms and the showers cabins were huge. The staff was super friendly and helped me with any details/infos regarding my stay.Positioning wise... as I said - it's located almost in the centre of London. Kensington Palace is 700 meters away, Hyde Park is at walking distance, and you've got the Central line that gets you directly to the most wonderful part of London, food wise - which is Shoreditch. On top of that, you have all kinds of food places nearby, even grocery shops that fit all budgets, so that's the last thing you have to worry about in this area.I'd stay here again without even thinking again - especially for that price. Great price-quality ratio.

The place was okay but have seen better days. The room looked nice but had no heating in late Sept and was 18 degrees inside which was pretty cold. Shower door wouldn't close, soap holder kept falling apart...and other minor issues like that. Price was decent in London, breakfast was okay but the variety was not great.

I made a reservation and the system charged me twice for one night and when I went to notify reception, the guy who was there, very rude and an idiot in a very bad mood, did not give me any solution and told me straight away that I had lost …

From the pluses they serve a good breakfast, it's clean and they provide a fridge and a cooking room downstairs. And it has very good located with 2 metro lines just nearby.Of course I saw pictures online, but when you arrive and see these tiny rooms and toilettes for the first time, you get shocked. Then you get used to it. But still I don't feel like coming back. Though I think all hostels in London are like this. The bed was really small. I'm 185 cm long and I just barely fit in. I could only sleep on the side. Then it's also very narrow and short. To get in the bed I needed to sit down and then bend. I couldn't just sit down on my bed as I'd hit the bed above with my head. It was very uncomfortable.I booked a more expensive room and they sent me to the top floor throgh a very narrow staircase with pretty small steps. The room had so much unused space. The could put a small cupboard there or more hooks. But no.In the bathroom they had a movement sensor, which did not work if you showered. The light went off every 2 minutes. The bathroom didn't have windows, so it was very wet there.

Pretty awful . First off there is no oven in the kitchen . Supposedly this is a thing of hostels in London ( I’ve been to two and never encountered this ) . …
