Once again a great stay at this immaculately clean hotel. The staff are remarkably friendly and helpful and literally nothing is too much trouble!Breakfast is well presented and a nice variety. It's one of the quietest hotels I have ever stayed in, so very conducive to a good night's sleep!Views are great and lots to do within walking distance.Perfect!

What a gemWe booked 7 rooms here for our annualreunion and everyone said what a wonderful choice. The staff were so happy and helpful from arrival to departure and nothing was too much trouble. The lunch served upon our straggled arrival ( people travelled from as far as Scotland, Ireland and London) was faultless, as was the ample breakfast each morning.Everyone commented upon how comfortable the rooms were and the cleanliness throughout was faultless.Situated on the dock with direct rear access, the hotel is idealy placed for restaurants, museums, and shops whilst Liverpool centre is a short walk away.

Booked four rooms for myself and colleagues. The rooms were really nice, spotlessly clean and a good size. Nice bathrooms with proper showers (I don't often say that!)The building is a converted warehouse; fully of little idiosyncrasies. Much nicer than some modern concrete block-houses.Everyone we met was absolutely lovely; they could not have been more friendly, helpful and welcoming.I'll be back.

There were 2 of us staying in 1 room. We were on a trip to see all things Beatles. This was a great location. We were just off the water at “The Docks”. …

Had a work event over the road, and despite a lot of us travelling down and some of them staying in the Hilton, I couldn't help thinking I'd been given a raw deal.I couldn't have been more wrong. What a lovely old building with lots of its original character still in place. It's an immaculate, really comfy bar and room and an excellent breakfast.I especially enjoyed the amazing consistent service from start to finish from a well trained young team that clearly enjoys working here. Can't wait to visit again, thankyou

I absolutely love this hotel. Rooms are big with the added experience of staying in a true heritage warehouse. Views dockside or city are great. The hotel has direct access to the restaurants, quay side, museums, etc. Stayed before, and I will stay again. Fantastic

Great hotel in an amazing location. Very busy when we were there as Halloween half term holidays. Car park across from it is £20 for 24 hours. Reception on 2nd floor but 2 elevators. Service was brilliant and very friendly. Complimentary breakfast was very good with everything you could want and tasty! Bar in hotel that also did food thankfully as we couldn't get a table anywhere in the Albert dock. Prices very reasonable. Beds were comfy and good facilities in room with smart tvs.

A fantastic stay. Staff friendly and welcoming. Excellent buffet breakfast to start the day. Once checked in you can exit the hotel straight on to the water front of Albert Dock - you don't need to walk out the main entrance and walk all the way around. Excellent location. Unfortunately our stay was during the riots. Staff being looked after by the company by ensuring staff had paid for taxis home to avoid having to walk home through the trouble. Only negative is there are only two lifts which are slow but wasn't a major issue. Great view from our room overlooking the docks. Shower was excellent.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. The view outside the window was my favourite part (we had a room with a local view). There were lots of alternatives for breakfast, which was excellent because I'm always looking for healthier options, and I was able to find something that I enjoyed. During our visit, the room was tidy and well-kept, it was quiet too which allowed us to have a wonderful night's sleep. I warmly recommend this hotel.
