This hotel is strategically located, so that customers can reach their destinations easily and it is close to stores and the train station. Bus links are also easy to access. The service of the staff is so impeccable and the hotel is well kept. Staff will educate you on available deals and benefits of booking directly from their website. My room was absolutely stunning and I regretted spending only one night. The hotel design, lighting, the texture of the walls and all appealed to me as a lover of art though I’m not sure they intended for that to happen. Honestly, it was the best part of my trip to Sutton and so far, it’s my favourite Ibis Hotel.

Most staff at reception were very helpful. But don't expect much service in the rooms. We were there 3 days and they never managed to clean the room. And it wasn't their fault of course, it was ours because we were still in the room at 11.30 am... They come once and if you're in your room, tough luck. As for heating, it's random. I definitely douillet stay there again

We recently stayed at the Ibis Sutton Point and were thoroughly impressed with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the reception team was exceptionally welcoming and professional, making the check-in process quick and seamless. The rooms were superb—spacious, stylish, and impeccably clean. Housekeeping team done very good job, making sure that our room was cleaned, and additional towels delivered to our room.Dining at the hotel's restaurant was another highlight of my stay. The menu offered a diverse selection of delicious dishes, and the quality of the food was outstanding. The restaurant staff were attentive and friendly, making each meal a pleasure.Overall, Ibis Sutton Point stands out for its excellent rooms, high standards of cleanliness, wonderful restaurant, and exceptional reception team. We can highly recommend this hotel for a truly enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Lovely room & friendly staff which made the stay so much more plessurable! The hotel is in a great location for transport links into London. Also Sutton offers great restaurants and local amenities! The hotel also has a great bar/resturant called Charlie’s corner which we enjoyed great food and drinks. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable stay in a great location with great service and excellent value.I stayed for two nights with breakfast included. I booked during Ibis’ flash sale; the rooms were excellent value.Sutton Point is a very modern Ibis hotel, close to the station, bus routes and town centre. The rooms being modern were of above Ibis usual standard with usb points on the wall, large rooms with heating control and a large bathroom. WiFi speed was excellent. Hot water was very good. The bed was comfortable.Breakfast was a bit disappointing and not up to my expectations. I don’t expect much from an Ibis hot breakfast buffet, but the sausages’ skin was tough, and the orange juice wasn’t fresh orange juice. The cold selection looked good though, and the coffee was ok. But I didn’t return for breakfast after the first morning. This was, however, more than made up for by the excellent customer service of diligent staff member Clarence who I had spoken to the day before on the phone to iron out an issue. He welcomed me and was there for my departure too - he had sought out a room for me on the highest floor, in a quiet area, away from the lifts as requested with a good view. I can’t ask for more from staff than that.Combined with the excellent transport links and restaurants nearby, this is a very good value Ibis, and is absolutely recommended.

Clean rooms, lovely staff and good value - just be careful about car parking. We couldn’t see the entrance to the small car park and so we parked some distance away. We were verystressed when we arrived but Danielle on reception was wonderful and calmly sorted it all out.

Very basic to be fair.No lounge space to read, rest or work with a laptop aside from the bar.Quit subliminal facilities.Be aware that the windows in some rooms don’t open - which was a deal breaker for me to get some air in the room. The staff at the reception were very friendly aside from the comment “We are not a 5 star hotel” when I asked if they have slippers. Didn’t really feel like asking anything about it anymore. So, I wouldn’t give it extra stars either.

We chose this hotel as we were going to Ladies Day at Epsom. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The bar/restaurant is fairly basic although the chicken strips are fab. However, the hotel has the friendliest staff ever. Thanks to Alisha, Danielle and Michael for looking after us and making us feel so welcome.

Well located within central Sutton. Friendly staff, good sized room which was clean. Only issues were only Three of the spot lights in the room were not working, so half the room was dark. No phone in the room and only One towel per person. Bed was comfy. For a nights stay it was adaquate.
