To say this hotel is in the middle of a city, I had a fabulous night's sleep. There was no noise from outside or inside. The bed was so comfortable. The staff were ever present and always happy to help. The breakfast was very good, plenty of choice, and a gluten-free option available for my daughter. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The hot chocolate was really nice, fantastic biscuits. Lovely view and really nice team of staff. Dinner was pleasant and peaceful, free WiFi. Nice view of the river and dock while eating and the fluffiest pillow I've every slept on. Will come back

I will never stay here again. It was very hot, and there is no air conditioning. Not unusual for the UK, BUT the gave me a 1st floor room and in order to cool it down have to open the windows and then everyone walking on the street, or on the canal, or driving by could see into the room. Windows were filthy and covered with bird netting so pigeons won't fly in. Room was clean, recently remodeled and fairly nice considering the scary and seedy location. Meanwhile there was no facial tissue in the room, industrial toilet paper dispenser which allows only on tiny square at a time, and lousy television reception. Most of the channels I could easily reach in the three other UK hotels I stayed in had a signal too weak to work. I was on the meal plan, but dinner is pretty bad. Breakfast was great, but weirdly you had to book times for meals? Why? The place is certainly not worthy of reservations. And to make it even better, one night there was a homeless woman fishing in the canal right under my window....all night long. I know, I was up. Who can sleep in all that heat and noise!

The location of this Premier Inn in Nottingham was ideal for me. My room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I had three fantastic nights sleep. WiFi wasn't very good which was frustrating on a couple of occasions. …

Great location close to the rink but no air conditioning and very noisy outside traffic. Not the best nights sleep. Service was friendly and helpful. I would probably stay again just not in the summer months. Be advised parking is chargeable here and not the cheapest.

Room was lovely and clean; the personalised note that said welcome, with a snack was a really nice touch. Had a few drinks at the bar and was served by Michelle, she made great conversation and was able to recommend food items from the menu to my taste. I ended up trying one of the cheesecakes and it was brought to me promptly, with polite and friendly service. Would definitely return in the future

Standard Premier Inn, doesn't set the world alight but doesn't disappoint. Clean rooms, staff are a bit hit & miss. …
