I booked a single room. Yes, the rooms are small but it’s the norm for London. If you wish to have more spacious accommodations, then you will have to pay for a bigger room.Yes, there’s a £100 deposit and they have signage in front along with a form you have to sign. I made a recording of the room before and after use just in case, but I got my deposit back.Overall, the room was clean, had modern decor, and in a very good location near the underground and stores. I felt relatively safe when walking back late at night.Since I was out exploring most of the day, the hotel was a place to sleep. I always came back to a tidied room by housekeeping.I would recommend this hotel for visitors on a budget who mainly need a clean, private spot to stay.

Excellent location. Great staff. |We booked a double room, this was small, however I knew this when I booked and it was not a problem.|Spotless throughout.|Coffee, tea and bottles of water provided. |We would book again. We received our deposit back 2 days after returning home. Thank you, for a great 3 days.

Rooms are spread out over several buildings, which is not clear on the booking. We went as 2 couples and were given a room on the 4th floor and lower ground. The lower ground room did not have any windows!  …

Not recommended. There are so many dusts around the ventilation and we have reported to the office and they don’t have any follow up action and no apology. …

I got upgraded to a deluxe double. Even though my room was in the basement it was very nice. Comfy bed and clean. With cleaning every day. They rooms were in a different building with separate entrance. Very close to Earls Court Station and close to all the shops. Will definitly stay here again.

My recent stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment. Unfortunately, items from our hotel room went missing during our absence. When we reported this to the reception staff, we were met with an unhelpful response. They simply told us they have a "procedure" in place and would get back to us in two days—despite the fact that we were leaving the next day on an early morning flight. It was extremely frustrating to be left without help in a situation where our belongings had disappeared from a supposedly secure hotel room. The lack of urgency or concern from the staff made it clear they didn’t prioritize us as customers. We were essentially left in the dark, not knowing what happened to our things.I would not recommend staying here, as the safety of your belongings and the support from hotel management seem to be low on their list of priorities.

The location of this hotel was incredible. It is next to a ton of great stores and places in earls court. The rooms were very modern and were very well kept. The only issue I had was they said they had air conditioning. Being from the United States I could say that there was basically zero air conditioning. Besides there being very little air conditioning the hotel was very nice.

Hotel set over 3 properties with stairs and not good access railing.|Arrived at 11am for 3pm check in. Was told to come back at 3pm. Got no assistance from staff with bags, had to rely on other patrons to assist. …

Great little boutique hotel in a good location in terms of proximity to station and walk to attractions. Breakfast each morning was good. Very small room but bathrooms were nice.
