I don't recommend, please avoid it if possible.Overall I could say I am disgusted after 1 night spend there. We choosed the hotel because was closed to arena, but was a mistake. The hotel is very old not refurbished, same carpet and furniture as 70'- 80' disgusting. From reception staff was unfriendly not polite at all. At bar extremely expensive. Breakfast was a joke. In the whole building was overheated and I was feeling unwell. The room disgusting dirty carpet, old furniture everywhere damages on furniture and bathroom. If we knew this we wouldn't booked room, anyway was just 1 night thanks God.Be aware on website doesn't look as bad as it is and staff looks like they can wait to make jokes about you, on your money. No pictures because they doesn't deserve.

Please read before you book !!Booked this room through Booking.com. At first the room just felt outdated, which was tolerable due to the lower price point compared to other hotels in the area. However, things were actually broken in the room, the hairdryer didn't work and furniture was broken.Again, we could've seen past this for the price point. However we discovered bedbugs in the bed. The gentleman sorting the customer service as the time was helpful in offering us an alternative room, however, we opted to stay somewhere else.I returned in the morning to confirm with the hotel that I would receive a refund with management and noticed all the mattresses on another floor (not the one we were staying on) were all bare and stood up, so I doubt this issue was restricted to just our room. I was directed to a female manager who was concentrating on getting a personal delivery into her car, as opposed to the customers at hand. Another gentleman dealt with us.Another point to note is that all through the day and night, there were people smoking joints immediately outside the front door. Management were not stopping this behaviour (even though they were out for cigarettes and aware it was happening). My partner and I were not super bothered by this but it is something to be aware of if you are travelling with young children.

I spent 2 nights in the hotel. Check-in was easy and fast. Staff was kind. For sure the room needs renovation. The Continental breakfast was simple but ok. The hotel is very close to the Wembley Stadium and the London Outlet Center. The Wembley Park Underground Station is about 5 minutes walk.

The hotel is very well situated for Wembley events with very easy access to central London by tube, or, train. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was surprisingly large and very clean and comfy beds. …

First, the location was perfect (so easy after the show at Wembley to get back and in bed quickly) and we found the staff VERY very nice. Also felt safe, and was not worried about security or anything like that. And that's about it for the positive review. The halls smell like smoke despite no-smoking signs everywhere. Super dated hotel, toilets don't flush, no fitted sheets so in the middle of the night you realize you're sleeping directly on a mattress. Some type of weird bugs occasionally (maybe bed begs??? blood definitely came out after squashing them!). Ugh, we were very happy to get out of there. And the price was horrendous given the quality.

If I had the choice between sleeping in a sack outdoors or spending a night at this hotel, I'd seriously choose the sack. The beds are so hard and uncomfortable. Good Sleep? Not a chance! And the shower? Don’t expect much. The mold on the walls could easily pass as a new pet. If I wanted that, I would have booked a botanical garden. In short: this hotel is a total disappointment. If you're looking for a place to simply suffer, this is it. Otherwise, avoid it!

Not as expected.Room needed updating in a big way, torn bedding, stained mattresses, stained sides.Service standards minimum, was seriously going to stay somewhere else, but only booked for 1 night. The only plus,is that it was conveniently near the ovo arena. But wouldn't stop there again, would rather spend the extra next time for a decent place to stay.Even the frontage was a building site, pictures supplied of our room,so make your own minds up

Great location and sizeable rooms. Very reasonable price for room, particularly considering this includes on site parking and option for last minute changes if needed. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable, but would benefit from some work and modernisation.

Booked the hotel as it was close to the ovo arena and it was relatively cheap but still £135 for one night i wouldn't say it was good value for money, the check in staff was polite and got us checked in fine. The lifts didn't feel completely safe and jutted at each floor, we couldn't even use the stairs as they were very steep and camped. The room itself was OK, clean but very cold we closed the windows and tried to work the heater/air-conditioning machine that had been drilled into the floor but it didn't do anything, in the morning we found out a pigeon was living in the vent so we woke up to the sound of cooing, even then the vent wasn't attached to the wall only heald on place by a single screw. The bathroom was a bathroom we didn't use the bath/shower but it wasn't exactly clear mildew and limescale, the sink wasn't even usable as the plug was wedged when we got there so we had to brush our teeth over the bath. The tv was terrible barely worked and limited channels that had good reception. Overall it was a room that served a propose for one night could have been alot worst but also could have been alot better considering the location near the ovo and Wembley arenas
