I had a comfortable 2 night stay here by myself. Very convenient if you want to catch a flight early in the morning. Rooms are not big, about 10 by 10 steps, but very clean, modern. Location is more on T3 arrival hall. If you are coming from T2, you need to walk 10 to 15 minutes in the basement connecting walkway. In the connecting walkway, head towards T3 arrival hall.

I really like the location - it's directly within Terminal 3 Arrivals. Booked as I had a long haul flight and needed to rest in between a connecting flight. Well worth the money. The room was ultra dark and I slept like a baby! Staff were very pleasant and there is a great library / break out area to relax if you wanted to. I will definitely book again. Great hotel!

Perfect hotel located directly in T3 Heathrow. Really made our trip so much more relaxed as less anxious about missing the flight or getting stuck in traffic. Rooms are very comfortable with lots of amenities within the airport to enjoy in terms of food and drink. Staff were super polite on check in, and will definitely stay again - high recommended!

Aerotel London Heathrow offers a practical and convenient stay, especially for early morning flights or late arrivals at Terminal 3. Its compact, modern rooms prioritize efficiency and comfort, making it ideal for short stays. The hotel's location, just a short walk from the terminal, is a significant advantage. However, guests should be mindful of potential noise from the airport and the absence of extensive amenities. While some might find the rooms small and the dining options limited, Aerotel serves its purpose well for travelers seeking a comfortable and affordable place to rest before or after their journey.

I am so glad that I booked a room overnight here - I landed at Heathrow late (close to midnight) and had a connecting flight mid-morning. I didn’t want to miss the external hotel shuttles with my late arrival, so I opted for convenience over cheaper prices. The room was comfortable (and small - like a dorm room). Totally dark and quiet, so I was able to get a solid night’s sleep after traveling from the US. Bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, body wash and small kits with Q-tips, make up wipes, etc. My stay had an included breakfast, which I hadn’t known in advance and I’m not sure if it is part of all stays; it was excellent and very filling (yogurt, fruit, pastry, etc.). I opted to eat it in the aerotel lounge, which was quiet and relaxing compared to the main terminals. I’ll definitely stay again with an overnight layover. Book in advance - they turned away several people who wanted to book rooms as I was checking in, since they were full.

Room was a disappointing box, shower ‘room’ was small and after edging passed the toilet the shower was disappointing with only an overhead shower head. Sitting area in the room was a bench with no comfort factor. I asked about disability access to check in desks in the morning and was directed to enquire along the way to the disability support some 100 yards away. Thank goodness I only had mobility issues and wasn’t sight impaired. Not good value for money as I would have been better off booking an hotel off the airport and paying for a taxi in

Ok, it’s an airport hotel, but this is just farcical. Rooms that are reminiscent of Covid quarantine cells. Tiny. No windows. Ridiculously overpriced simply because it is at the airport. It’s cruel that this is the only option for terminal 3 if you have to book a hotel because you have an early flight because it’s just depressing. I also appreciate the black hair on the bedsheet.

Small, expensive, no space for luggage or hanging your clothes. There were three hooks on the wall with three hangers. There were towels and hand towels, but no wash cloths. Multiple signs warning you to shower with the bathroom door closed otherwise the fire alarm will sound. My husband and I had a 630am flight from Terminal 3 so decided to stay here instead of the Hilton at Terminal 2 (much nicer if you have time for the walk) and we had two twin beds, no closet, three hooks on the wall, and a bathroom smaller than the bathroom in my parent's camper. And it was $5 more a night than our fancy hotel we'd just had in Kensington, whoa. There was a Nero coffee shop and a M&S food shop, plus lots of vending machines nearby, plus hotel check in desk has a few coolers with items to buy also, all airport prices. I mean, the room served it's purpose, it was better than sleeping in a chair in the airport. Also, no windows, totally dark cave. Carpet in hallways makes it darn near impossible to roll your bags to your room and they don't allow luggage trolleys in hotel.
