Terrible service! This place is nothing like Radisson—completely misrepresented! There were visible mold spots on the pillows, which was completely unacceptable. …

Attended a work meeting and decided to overstay the welcome—literally. The conference center was spot-on for our needs: food was great, and the reception area looked like it had been personally blessed by Martha Stewart. Spotless and shiny. Now, about the room...The moment I opened the door, I was greeted by a warm, musty aroma that I can only describe as “vintage hotel chic.” The room was clean, but clearly in need of a long vacation. The carpet had rips so big, I half-expected to find Narnia on the other side. The bathroom? Functional, yes. Glamorous, no. It had a certain “public swimming pool from the ‘80s” vibe, minus the lifeguard and screaming children. The bed was large and inviting. At first, it felt comfortable, but once I claimed my rightful starfish position, it became clear I was sleeping on two beds pushed together—with a 2-inch height difference. It was less “sleeping,” more “mountaineering.”Then there was the aircon, or as I like to call it, the chocolate fire guard. Useless. I woke up drenched in sweat, with a mouth drier than a January detox. In desperate search of hydration, I rushed to breakfast, where I was met with two cold drink options: orange or apple. The cooked breakfast was... fine, but after a night of regrettable kebabs and questionable life choices, my taste buds were on strike.Checkout, thankfully, was easy. One less adventure for the day.

Excellent location for the AO Arena, less than five minutes walk. The hotel it's self was good with friendly staff . The rooms were spacious and clean. If you are wanting clean towels each day, you need to request them when needed. The breakfast was ok with plenty to choose from . Some items were good, like the serials, bacon, and sausages, but some like the mushrooms and scrambled eggs were bland. One thing you need to look out for is the price of snacks in the reception area , The last time I saw such expensive prices was in the UK shop in Disney Epcot . Another handy thing was the car park we used , the Citipark AO Arena. This again was less than 5 minutes' walk. If you use the car park you can see the hotel reception for a discount.

16-18 October, we stayed at the Park Inn Radison Manchester. Upon arrival, everything was great. We got into our room and started getting ready for our first night out. The shower was warm but not very powerful and took a long time to wash my hair properly. The design of the shower tray is awful as the water was all over the floor, and there was no way to stop this from happening. We bought two bottles of Sprite from the convenience shop in the lobby and were shocked at the price. £4 each! Which is basically day light robbery. When we returned from our night out, we tried to go to sleep but had only one pillow each, which is below standard, but easy fix we requested extra pillows for the second night. Problem solved. However, the smoke detector above the bed has a consistently blinking bright green light, which kept my husband awake most of the night. We did speak to the staff, and they said all of them do it. It's a design flaw, but for such a highly priced hotel, this isn't good enough. The fabric chair in the corner was dirty with stains and hair on it so much that we didn't touch it.Also, our booking confirmation told us our checkout was 12.00pm, which was amazing. However, our door was burst open at 9.40 by housekeeping and woke us up rather abruptly. I'm not impressed.Long story short, it was not worth the £238 we paid for the two night stay.

We stayed in the hotel for two nights last weekend. We had the "Superior Room" which was very average, the carpets were ropey and stained. The shower had step in it which wasn't ideal and a possible trip hazard. …

Very nice hotel, friendly helpful staff. Had problems with the TV which wasn't fixed to the second night. Food and drink expensive and not very impressive but I suppose that's normal for hotels. Pool is lovely but hard to get in and out if you have mobility problems. Perfect for AO arena, not to far from shops and museums.

Hotel was okayish, not up to the mark!Plus points were that it’s close to the city centre and had a nice pool, sauna and steam room. Also, they provide late checkout until 12:30pm, which we feel is very nice.Negative points were that the room were kind of small and it lacked basic amenities in the room, eg body shower, hand soap, mini fridge, cupboard. Also, housekeeping was really poor as requested for the body soap and they gave mouthwash after more than 30min of waiting.

The hotel is a bit shabby in places and in need of a bit of redecoration for example the toilets in the reception area but the service is outstanding. All were very helpful and friendly.
