Excellent team and their service. Very nice, clean rooms. Breakfast was good. Fresh crossiant and juice along with fruits. Stayed here for almost 5 weeks.|The only drawback is Internet which you need to buy the daily or weekly or monthly packs. The speed is not so good.

I reached today at 8 pm. I checked in. The girl at the reception Miss Vali helped out of the way to fix my WiFi. She was extremely with the guests even than she has taken out time and resolved my problem.  …

When we we came back from work, our bags were removed from our rooms which we understood seeing it was the last day, but we were also told that our rooms were going to be renewed and that's why we left our luggage in there. The blonde lady with the permed hair was very rude, telling us that we should have known and it was written in the contract, that we should have known it was fully booked even though we were given no contract and all of the booking was being dealt with by ealing council, not us.Overall, the hotel was clean and homely with great room service, but that one lady at reception was rudest woman.

Lovely receptionist who was friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Our room was tidy and clean, and the air con - although on the slightly noisy side at least worked, as did the TV. The only issue we had was that there was very poor cellular signal in the room, so even though our devices showed we were connected to 4G, accessing the internet was a nightmare. They do offer 30 minutes free wifi after which you have to pay, but the poor signal in the rooms itself was frustrating.

The room was amazing for the money very comfy bed and quiet. Staff wasn’t great most of them was very rude and left us stand at reception for 10 minutes as they was standing there having a chat in there own language and was eating. The breakfast was really good for the money always left with a full belly. We payed for internet for the 2 nights we was there but you couldn’t connect to it as it said no connection. We phone a few weeks before to ask if we could have a room close to the lift or on the bottom floor due to having an injury but got put in a room that was up on the second floor through a really long hall way and back down a flight of stairs so was quite a long walk. The area didn’t feel very safe with homeless people sleeping right outside watching everything you was putting in your bag and just staring at you

This was the most outrageous hotel stay I have experienced. I got a room for my family who was visiting me in Harrow. The air conditioning was not working for the entire stay (13 days!!!) in the hottest days of the year. It was horrendous and staff were rude and unhelpful. I paid for a hotel with AC and this was what I got. No apologies or compensation, just rudeness and discomfort. I can only recommend that people stay away from this hotel, it’s bad and they don’t really care.

Made me wait for 20mins to check in, i paid for the premium breakfast, in the morning i went for the breakfast but had to stand there for 15 mins with just a hot tray of mushrooms thats available. There was no plates, bowls or cups to use. The coffee machine was empty and no one was assisting. Around 10 to 15 people stood around waiting. I had to go for a meeting and left without having any breakfast due to the time and waiting, I asked for a refund just on the breakfast and they refused, the excuse was "it's busy" and it's not their policy, I counted around 5 to 9 staff members in that area and 4 or 5 of them at one point just standing around at reception
