Our experience has been really good. The hotel is very nice and well equipped. The location is not overcrowded by tourism and is well connected. Taking a walk you can reach many points of interest. Breakfast is served in the room and was very good and complete. The reception staff is exceptional. The girl was really lovely with us, very patient and kind with our language difficulty. When it was time to leave we had a setback and the guy at the reception kindly helped us in everything to solve the situation, and he also knew how to add a touch of humor and sympathy to what happened. We will never forget them. Those two receptionists deserve a 10.

I stayed here with my daughter for a week on August 2024, as I was helping her getting settled before starting school in a university nearby.I read before staying there several negative reviews, but our own experience was fine. The room was small but clean, and was well kept while we were there, and had what we needed. The reception desk was ok. I mean, the hotel is relatively expensive, but that's due to the location. And there are no amenities and only one person at the small reception, if at all. The restaurant was closed, but we wouldn't have had eaten there anyhow. But again, the location is fine and they delivered what they promised.

The rooms are bright and clean, the staff are friendly (contacted me when I left my wallet in the room after check out). ||Whilst not a luxury hotel I find it good value for money whilst staying in London for work. The rooms are larger than the normal chain hotels and the whole venue is quiet so I slept well.

4 stars doesn’t mean 4 stars. This will be the last room I book not affiliated with a trusted brand. I checked in two days ago and walked into a dated room. As I walked into use the bathroom, I was greeted with a used bar of soap with a curly hair. 🤮Having owned a restaurant for years, I am aware things happened. The general manager made things right by upgrading my room and giving me a 100 pound discount on my two night stay.He had his front desk clerk double check the room.Well this room was bigger but not better. There was either grease or lube left unwiped on both nightstands (see pics). As I was right in time to catch an important zoom, I went to the front desk after the meeting to show the pics and report the issue. I was informed the manager was gone for the day.I asked for them to call the manager in his cell and to have him call me.No call the first night or the morning of the next when he was in.No offer to clean the room or change it.I had other calls back to the states that night and made myself three shots of espresso in the provided Nesspresso maker. As I pulled the third pod out, I noticed it was used.Luckily I caught it before using it.The second day no word from the manager.I was told he would be at the hotel at checkout.I went to the front desk and asked for him at 10:30am. Told he wasn’t in. Turned out he was in the building. He argued with me that I refused cleaning service. The damage was done. He couldn’t undo it.I had valuables in the room and surely wasn’t going to trust them to his staff. He refused to give an additional discount.I left in a huff and found the first Starbucks to calm down, get a coffee and write this review.I don’t need the discount as much as this hotel needs business. If you are truly looking for a 4 star London hotel experience, avoid this hotel at all costs. All the 4 star places I’ve visited make things right; not excuses.

I stayed in this boutique Hotel for 4 nights and I have found everything I needed. Accurate cleaning and tidyness are a gems. The mattress... The pillows and the duvet are super warm and comfortable... My room was super warm, also thanks to the thick glass window..Shower is a diamond, spacious and water comes out hot and fast. The room also offers free coffees and teas, kettle, locker as well. Position is super strategic, the hotel is situated between two underground stations, many bus stops forward to the center. Also is surrounded of bar and restaurants.Lovely experience, absolutely I will come back on my next staying! Also a lovely thanks to all the staff members, always ready to every request!

I booked this hotel for the weekend to take my granddaughter to see Frozen the musical. The lady on reception was very helpful and friendly. The room although small had everything you could possibly need and the welcome scroll was a lovely touch. Large waterfall shower (which I never used) unfortunately my husband was unwell so I had to return home without using the room at all. However the location was excellent and I will be attempting a more successful visit next time I’m in London.

Booked this hotel for my friend as her mum was visiting London and she really wanted to treat her to a nice hotel. I’ve always had great hotels using Hotwire to book but this one is a total fraud. …

I rented a standard room for 3 days. Room was clean, very small, carpet on the walls, terrible neighborhood and a tiny bathroom. I could not close the shower door while I was in it. At best a two star hotel.  …
