Great location. Friendly staff, always available. Clean and comfortable. Room size is perfect for a solo traveler. Food options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Would like to have more options for food though. Also, a bar open until late. Unbeatable price. Would come back.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Hub by Premier Inn Tower Bridge and feel compelled to share it with others.I had a reservation that was abruptly canceled by the hotel, allegedly after receiving a phone call requesting the cancellation. This came as a complete shock, as I never authorized anyone to cancel my booking. When I reached out to resolve this issue, the hotel informed me that they would investigate by reviewing the audio recording of the cancellation call. I was assured a thorough review, but this process dragged on for nearly two months without updates or transparency.After this long wait, I received a response claiming that the audio recordings confirmed I personally requested the cancellation. This statement is blatantly untrue, and I am left feeling that the so-called “investigation” was either improperly conducted or not conducted at all. The lack of accountability and the dismissive handling of my case is both disappointing and deeply frustrating.I expected better communication, responsibility, and efficiency from a hotel of this caliber. Unfortunately, this experience has not only wasted my time and energy but has also left me highly dissatisfied with their customer service and approach to handling guest issues.I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this hotel to anyone expecting professional and respectful treatment.

We stayed at this hotel and really enjoyed it. It’s in a good location in London. The rooms are compact but very clean and modern. All the staff were very friendly. Mustak stood out as being particularly helpful and friendly.

Really enjoyed our stay at hub. The room had everything you needed. The bed was really comfy and had plenty of room to spread out. The bathroom was great. The shower felt so good to use after a hot day walking round London. Only downside was that the air con took ages to cool the room and with no openable window, the room was a little warm.We were also able to leave our bags before our room was ready to that meant we weren’t dragging our luggage around and also able to leave our luggage when we checked out so we could explore London a bit more before we left.

Suitably located between monument and tower bridge tube stations, easy to navigate to and rooms are ideal for any short stay. Few home comforts in rooms missing but this is detailed in the hub idea and why the room is less expensive. But the quality still remains. Nice hotel and the staff are friendly and courteous as always. Will stay here again.

My room was clean and tidy with all that I needed, and absolutely no issue in taking any food and drink up to my room. I normally pay a lot more, and receive less service than I got from the team here.|I will gladly return 🙂

As someone who frequents premier inns across London quite regularly I would have to say the hub by premier inn in tower hill, was one of my most enjoyable stays. Rooms are high tech fresh bright and clean (although a little smaller then some of the other premier inns with the standard room) what really stands out from some of the other premier inns is how welcoming friendly and accommodating the staff are at this particular premier inn. I would like to also highly commend Jerry Axel who's attitude and energy really shone through going above and beyond to accommodate and make guests smile. The cleaning staff were a lot more professional then some of my previous stays also. All round would highly recommend this premier inn to anyone looking to visit London as it is also within walking distance from some of Londons finest tourist attractions.
