Stayed after a beer festival in Walthamstow, lovely place with friendly staff. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We stayed across two rooms, they were able to accommodate us being on the same floor which was great. ||Will definitely use again if in the area.

20 minutes by Taxi from the Spurs. The room was at the back of the building. We had a very nice and quiet sleep. Breakfast was available until 11 am. So we could rest some more hours. Is worthy to pay for the secure car park rather than leave it outside in the street.

Had a twin room on the second floor. The room was on the smaller side, but was clean and comfortable. The room had a fridge and a ceiling fan which were very much appreciated given it was a hot night. The shower was a bit lacking in power which was a pity. The hotel is across the road from a 24-hour Asda garage which is handy if you need a late night snack. The hotel is around 15 minutes walk from the underground station, but has a bus stop outside server by buses from the bus stop outside the station.

Lol at the obviously fake reviews on here. The room smelt like stale smoke, we were told we had to provide a copy of our photo ID which I find extremely odd and have never had to do in a UK hotel before (obviously going abroad or dealing with foreign visitors would make sense, but for British people in a British hotel this is new to me.)We were also told that we would have to relinquish our key whenever we left the hotel, an incredibly strange request that I have never seen in any hotel that I've stayed in in my life over 3 continents. When asked why this has to be done we were told it was "hotel policy" despite this not being in any wording on the policy. When we explained the obvious privacy and security concerns we were told it wasn't an issue due to their CCTV. We obviously refused to relinquish our key and the person on reception eventually gave up. You also cannot leave the hotel without someone buzzing you out which seems like a bit of a fire hazard to me. Again, not something I've experienced in a hotel before. The room itself is a bit pokey, the mattress uncomfortable and stained with blood and god knows what else, the sheets don't fit very well. The "soundproof" rooms are anything but, if you're on the ground floor good luck getting any sleep thanks to the constant opening and closing of doors and the buzzing and slamming of the main entrance. There is also no AC, despite the listing on here. It's just a rickety ceiling fan. There is no drinking water in the room we stayed in. Legit one of the most unpleasant nights in a hotel, all for £120.

Totally disappointed. Right from the start my questions were ignored and left unanswered until I phoned once I was in England. I booked this on Airbnb but when I asked the hotel staff if it was the Airbnb, they refused to answer. I was asked if they could photocopy my passport (I'm a cybersecurity guy, so that wasn't happening and then I was told they didn't need it anyway). I was also told that I couldn't keep my room key (something else that wasn't happening). This was the worse and dirtiest hotel room I've stayed in, even after I complained and was moved to a "cleaner" room because they refused to refund my money. The "cleaner" room had dark stains on the towels and stains on the mattress, even the tea cups and teaspoons were dirty and lights were missing. I honestly wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy and I'll never stay here or with Airbnb again, if this is their idea of acceptable.

Avoid at all costs!!Reasons why:-lied about having AC in the rooms; one of the reason I got this hotel was because it stated that it has rooms with AC.-the wifi cuts out constantly and won’t come back on for hours-the water is undrinkable from the tap-it’s SOOOOO loud the noise from the street-lied online about breakfast; there is NO free continental breakfast-If you open the window because your room is too hot; there is no window screen so insects will come in-your not allowed to leave with you room key. They make you leave it at the front desk when you go out of the hotel-the rooms were WAY too small, and the bathroom was almost unusable because it was so tiny.……Also you can go through the reviews that are positive for this hotel easily see that most of them are from fake accounts; another bunch of lies from them.Positives: - the room was cleanAnyways I was extremely uncomfortable the entire time, please avoid this place as it is NOT as it is advertised.
