I had an amazing stay at Prime! From the moment I arrived, the staff and management was incredibly welcoming, super friendly, and overall amazing, making me feel right at home. The atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxed, perfect for meeting other travellers. The common areas were always clean, and the social events organized by the hostel really added to the experience. My room and the facilities, including the kitchen and bathrooms, were well-maintained. The location was perfect, close to a lot of attractions. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this hostel has everything you need.Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay, and I would definitely return!

I stayed here with my mother after spending about a week at another hostel in London over the summer. I felt that the other hostel was cleaner and better maintained overall. This place, however, felt more like a glorified hippy commune. While the room and bed space were generally clean, the room was extremely hot. Though they propped the window open, the loud street noise made it almost unbearable. The bathrooms were badly in need of repair, with loose tiles and a generally rundown appearance. The kitchen had a nice setup, and it looked like they hosted a family dinner night, which created a nice sense of community. However, the kitchen itself was also in need of repairs. We only stayed for about six hours due to an early morning flight, but honestly, it was six hours too many, as I got almost no sleep. While the staff and guests here were much friendlier than those at the other hostel, it didn’t make up for the poor conditions. I still didn’t feel comfortable or clean during my stay, which was disappointing given this hostel's potential.I wouldn’t stay here again unless you’re okay with a less-than-clean environment. The bed was comfortably soft, but the headspace above the beds was limited—especially for someone taller like me. The surrounding area was nice, with a great Asian fusion restaurant and a train station nearby. I wouldn’t recommend this hostel for anyone seeking a comfortable stay in London, though I hope they make the necessary improvements, as it has potential—especially with a much-needed renovation!

I've stayed here several times. Staff is ever changing, however, they are also lovely, friendly, and very professional! This reflects the hostel's community vibe, which makes it a cozy place to stay in London! The location IS VERY CENTRAL, 8min to London Bridge where the iconic Shard is! There are loads of pubs, independent shops, groceries stores, and restaurants within 10min walk! Family dinner, cocktails, pancakes, and many more events made my stay even more enjoyable!

Incredibly well-kept hostel, the staff were constantly cleaning communal areas, and it felt fresh and clean. Staff are welcoming, and the whole place had an amazing community feel. The staff were so knowledgeable about London and gave us some places to go that was off the beaten track. We will absolutely be returning when we come back to London. Thanks guys for the best weekend 🥰

Had a good stay here. Not sure about the reviews mentioning the bathrooms, I found the one I used pretty decent and clean. Most hostels at this price point in london are diabolical. Dorms spacious enough, staff great. Considering that it's london I found the price point good value. I'd come back.

I really enjoyed my stay at Prime Backpackers. The location was great and made it easy to get where I need to with either the Tube or buses. The staff were very friendly and the bed was comfortable. There were plenty of activities to do with the hostel, some for free and some for a small fee. You do have to strip the linens yourself when you leave, which isn't a big problem, until you see how stained the mattresses are and realize that's what you've been sleeping on; there was no direct problem with the mattress, like I've said, it was very comfortable, however, putting a mattress cover over them wouldn't be too hard and could potentially help eliminate some of the stain problems. The bathrooms, while having plenty of toilets, often had wet and slippery floors due to the showers, so make sure to bring shoes for the bathroom! Overall, though, it was a great stay.

Very cozy hostel. Amazing vibe and beautiful people. Clean bathrooms. An old building may need a bit of renovation but it's amazing. I spent 4 beautiful nights.

Would not stay here again. Blinds in my room were broken and would not go back all the way up. Room key locked me out before check out. The bathroom was horrendous. Brown water leaking in many spots on the ceiling. Couldn’t shower without it dripping on you. Disgusting.

Service and rooms were perfect, but old amenities, thorn coverage on stairs, far away bathrooms made me sad. It is perfect location for young and friendly people, but if you are a little older, I'd other stay
