I stayed two nights at this accommodation. The room is very small, so you can’t even turn around on the bed. Paying almost 160£ per night for this? Compared to other cities and countries this is too expensive for the value we get out from it. Also there is no sound proofs so you can hear a lot of noise from corridors and outside.Having said these, the location and staff service was good. Especially location, you can easily access three metro lines.

I’d highly discourage anyone to stay at this hotel. Very small rooms (however somewhat expected in London), they will leave rubbish bags in the corridor to your room making it near impossible to navigate down without having to pick them up yourselves to move (which we had to do each time we wanted to head back to our room), and one of the managers essentially forced their way into our room to check on the fire alarms (as a guest was smoking in their room at 1am), despite my wife not being decent. I told them to come back in 30 minutes as we were about to head out but they stuck their foot in the door and insisted that they come in. One “positive” was that they kindly provided a baby cot but unfortunately it was covered in dirt and hadn’t been cleaned. The staff were unhelpful when we mentioned this to them and just said that they’ve passed the message onto the relevant department. No apology, no nothing. If you’re a female travelling alone, I’d discourage staying at this hotel. If you’re a family with a baby, I’d discourage staying at this hotel. If you’re not willing to pick up rubbish left in the corridors, I’d discourage staying at this hotel. If you’re a tourist visiting London, don’t stay at this hotel as it’ll taint your visit. And if you expect the staff to do anything about it, I’d highly discourage anyone to stay at this hotel, because they won’t.The hotel is located very well, it’s on a very nice road and isn’t too far from Kensington Gardens. 30 minute walk to Marble Arch and very close to two tube stations. Near the tube stations are a few nice restaurants too.

Don’t accept a -lg room. We paid £300 for two nights. We asked to move which the team were more than happy to accommodate. When moved we could hear people doing all sorts of things.. (guess what), and another person talking on the phone until 4am - not much sound proofing at all. We bought ear plugs for the second night. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

Location is fantastic if you want go explore west and central London, super quiet street and very close to all amenities.Hotel itself has a lovely lobby, rooms are tiny and severely lack storage space. Our room was clean though and the bed was very comfortable! Also didn’t hear any of the neighbours which was great. The shower didn’t really work so well, which made hair washing difficult so be prepared it’ll take a while with the lack of water pressure. The shower doors also didn’t close properly and the toilet flush kept getting stuck. I stayed on the 4th floor, the LG rooms look straight out of a dungeon and smell mouldy. We were actually supposed to stay on the LG but got moved to the 4th floor.Breakfast was not great, you’re better off eating out!The staff were absolutely amazing! Literally every single member of staff was so kind, extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. I had worse experiences in luxury hotels.Truly, I’d stay here again for the staff alone!
