The pub is an excellent venue, and the staff are great. Considering the difficulties involved in running such a hostel in central London, it was about what I expected: basic, with priority given to keeping the place clean. You do need to be very tired or a good sleeper to get any kip in a dormitory, so consider that before booking.

Absolutely the loveliest staff and brilliant location right on a major tube line. Rooms look to be in the process of some renovation but are clean and comfortable. Nice shower blocks which were very clean. Bunks are 3 high which is a little bit tricky to navigate but it's a hostel, should be expected and for the price not an issue. Great food and drinks with discounts for residents.

As far as rooms go they’re what you expect. Toilets were dreadful. Service wise the bar staff were lovely, decent grub, the service manning the rooms in the evening however was awful. Get back from our evening to be told our booking didn’t exist, the. When he found it he gave us a key for the wrong room and we walked into someone else’s waking and scaring them, only to go back to get the correct key and he’d left the building. Didn’t come back for 15 minutes. Shambles, just left the property all open.

Not far from Paddington station, there is no kitchen and the room are clean but toilet only morning time you can find the cleaned, reception staff are friendly. I was assigned with 6 bed which is the less mixed in the hotle, However, the bed was a bit noisy, but since it is a hostel, it is understandable. Was woken up a bit by other travellers coming in late - but I guess to be expected in a 6 BR! Near by walking distance to HALAL Restaurant and central London masjid as well less then 18 minutes walk for Jumma Prayer.

Thank you to Sinead for being so friendly, efficient, and accommodating when I checked in. ||I had asked via Booking.com for a low bunk, but the message hadn’t got through somehow. …

The staff were really friendly. I hadn't been to a hostel in years so I found it rather odd but my experience was all in all acceptable. I did enjoy their showers with great water pressure

I can't believe I paid £37 for a bunk bed in such a crammed dorm (beds on 3 levels, barely high enough to sit on the bed). No kitchen.||The upsides: The hostel is conveniently located, near Paddington and right by a tube station, and the staff were friendly.

Personally for me it is not so clean. 2 toilets on the whole floor gets quick dirty. And there is not enough space to sit relaxed. The floors in the room looked dirty too, as if they don't get mobbed.

Stayed there in a 3 sharing room. The room is small but value for money. Bathrooms were clean, the service was great, and the location is perfect - right next to the subway. The only issue is the stairs since they are pretty narrow and steep, and carrying big luggage up and down might be difficult for some. Definitely recommend.
