Very very noisy, be AWARE... It's advertised as "trains might be heard"... It is guaranteed except from midnight to around five AM...The staff is very friendly and super accommodating and helpful as well. The luggage 🧳 storage is very convenient and secure in our experience, and price is competitiveBreakfast is very basic : cereal, milk, juice, toast, fruit (🍎 🍌), coffee... But for sure a great way to start your day while exploring the city!Restrooms were very decent and they did have hot water 🙏🏻 😊Rooms have lockers but they don't have a lock, so being your own or be prepared to buy one.

Great location. Lovely service. Breakfast included. All for a great price. Rooms are big. Like 28 people. But the beds are fine. So if you don't mind that you're good. It's close to traffic, but also very close to the London Eye and Big Ben, which means transportation is super convenient here. :) If you're staying at the hostel, you get a discount on the drinks at the bar. The hostel feels safe, with multiple locks, only known to the people staying there. Not once did I feel scared or worried.

Extremely disappointing. Most importantly, the entire building is NOT CLEAN - perpetually damp throughout and significant mold growth in bathrooms / shower areas. For some reason, there are wooden crates in the showers and this is where much of the mold is growing from. I spent one night (out of the four I had booked) but decided I could not stay for the remining 3 after awaking to a damp, smelly spot on my mattress that had been covered up by a clean sheet (see attached picture). When I flagged these issues to the on-site staff member and asked if any of the costs from the remaining three nights could be refunded, I was told they could do nothing and gave me a management email. This put me in touch with Paul, who was needlessly rude and condescending. Apparently, I left the hostel without warning and demanded a refund without any valid reason. I was also told that my complaints are "just part of sharing accommodation facilities with other guests", and that "the mattress should have been flipped". Clearly some major management issues going on here. Highly recommend anyone considering staying here seek out other options.

The bar and hostel is great, the rooms are okay but impossible to charge phones, tablets etc. There is only one plug in a 4 bunk bed room and in my case it was on the other side of my bed. A bit difficult conbe connected easily

A good hostel located next to the Waterloo station. Kind and friendly staff. Rooms were clean, beds too, and also a big + for charging sockets for every single bed (as far as I’ve seen). Definitely would recommend for solo travellers staying for one night, like me.

I have numerous ongoing London walking projects and love using this friendly hostel as my base. Just minutes away from Westminster and comprehensive tube/rail connections.||Ah yes, the trains. …

Great value for money. The staff were great and let us in early to drop the bags off and we're really friendly and welcoming. As long as you come prepared you'll have a great stay as the rooms are clean and comfortable. They even supply ear plugs but we brought our own. Bar downstairs, very close to the train line. Breakfast is included.

When we arrived the staff were friendly and since we were early for check in they let us leave our bags. When we checked in we were given 3 codes for the front door, our room and the bar door. …

Super stoked! Great first time experience in a hostel, free continental breakfast every morning and a free walking tour every couple of days. I would recommend this if it is your first day or two staying there as a charming aussie bloke shows you around the area and you get to learn a bit more about its history. Highly recommend! The only thing I would mention is that the rooms get quite hot and stuffy. It is also quite a loud area being near the trains but the good location is so worth it!
