Booked to stay here one night for an event at Wembley. It’s a great location for this as only an 8 minute walk down the high street to Eastcoat station and parking was free if you are staying here.||Hotel was pleasant. …

The hotel looks beautiful from the outside, very welcoming.Once checked in the receptionist told us we'd been upgraded to a suite, winner for the price the suite was. However just pointed in a direction and didn't tell us how to get to room. The room was spacious, clean and had air con. The bathroom was huge and fairly modern. However the view from the room was awful, building rubbish was all outside. We both slept well, myself and my daughter, each in a king size bed. But was woken up by horrendous noise from upstairs,I thought elephants were running around up there.Location was perfect for us as tube was about a 10 minute walk away and we were off to a concert. We would stay again but more because of the price and location

Disappointing, on arrival it looked ok, receptionist welcoming and online booking experience was good. However, it’s very ‘tired’. We had a triple room so it was big with lots of space, bed was comfortable and all linen clean. …

The hotel is tired. The rooms are our dated and feel grimy and old. At the price it should much better. Staff were great and location good. But that's all. Disappointed really and they really need to sort the rooms out before trying to add a restaurant!!!

We booked the Tudor by mistake and we were all pleased that we did! I'll explain...||We were set to attend three events at Wembley across June and July 2024. …

Hotel is very tired and needs major refurbishment. I had to stay at this hotel as I was attending a local wedding . I was charged a lot of money to stay on a Saturday night (210+). The bathroom and room were basic but clean to be fair however the bed in room 45 was terribly soft and I had a very uncomfortable sleep. The room itself needed a lot of upgrading and redecorating the window was dirty. The breakfast was only adequate with poor quality produce, I had to complain about the coffee as it was extremely weak and I suspect was only instant coffee rather than freshly brewed, I would not stay here again even if I was in the area and had to stay somewhere. The only saving Grace was the parking was free and readily available.

We stayed once before in a lovely room with lots of character so had no hesitation to book again. We upgraded to a room with air con, but this was the only good thing about the room. …

My room was more of a cupboard . It had a frosted window and when I opened it, I looked out onto a drainpipe and some sort of Flu and a flat roof . The furniture was tatty but the bed was comfortable to be fair . The TV was good . …

We booked this room for some friends attending a Birthday partyThe room was so over priced for the quality . The Hotel is in desperate need of updating and cleaning. Our friends ended up staying on our sofas as they just didn't want to go back to sleep there, It was a waste of nearly 300 pounds. We were very embarrassed too as we recommended the hotel. Very poor
