The worst hostel I ever stayed in honestly. They gave me a room which has a shower right next to the bed in the room as you can see in the video. For the toilet, you have to use the one in the hall. There is like 1 or 2 toilets on each floor. The place was smelling. The only thing I liked about it was that the receptionist was a very nice guy plus the area is filled with Indian food, shops, temples etc. I wouldn't stay here for more than one night. Maybe other rooms are nice but the one I got was honestly terrible. Plus I paid like 81 CAD $ FOR THAT HOSTEL. WAY TO EXPENSIVE. The hallways were clean. The washrooms were decent. I had to take a flight from Heathrow airport in the early morning so that's why I wanted to stay close to the airport. Otherwise, I wouldn't really stay next time.

The staffs were helpful but the staying experience wasn’t great! Very poor accomodation compared to the price we’ve paid! Everywhere inside the room and toilet was full of dust which wasn’t cleaned properly as well as the carpeted floor was full of dust which wasn’t hoovered well! Not enough plugs in both sides to charge your phone next to the bed. Everything inside is really old model and not modernized! The pillow was old and dirty, chair and bin both was broken, decoration paper from every corner of the wall was torn and coming off, toilet was really disgusting, dirty and smelly! I’m aware that there aren’t that much hotels around that area but hey, who would prefer staying in a place like this paying a buch of money? NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! 2 out of 10.

The location was greate for us. The service was also 👌. The fan in the room was broken and we asked to get it fixed the first day, but no one came. After 2 days we asked again about getting the fan fixed. The service man came and said it's broken!! We got new bottles of watter everyday and towels when we asked for it. Just get the fan fixet plz.

Reading through all of the reviews all the bad say it smells and is dirty. All the good say the staff are well behaved. Well behaved is not correct English for good hotel staff it's for dogs and children. I think all the good reviews were written by the same person. stay away .

Don't walk, RUN away! This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. When you enter the hotel it smells of sweat, piss and mould. We had to change rooms twice. The first room (205) had no insulation and a hole in the bed so when you lay on it you feel like you are falling all the time. The next day we asked for another room. We got a "loft" room (209). We checked in again and I was so glad we hadn't put our luggage in that room yet (we'd put it in our friends' room in the meantime). When we returned in the evening, my friend saw something crawling around on the bed - it was a BEDBUG. We went back to reception, reported that there were bed bugs, he said "OK", no apology, nothing about fixing the problem, no refund. He gave us 2 keys again to choose from. At this point we were just scared of what was going to happen next and hoped for the best. We were given a room (113, which was taped on the door) with no ventilation and no windows, it was very hot and smelled of mould. All the time we were just hoping there weren't any bedbugs and we couldn't sleep very well.If you have come to Southall to do some shopping, please don't book a hotel here. Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else and you can come here for a day, we wouldn't recommend spending any more time there. Even if you think you are paying less, you will be paying with your future time, nerves and money to get rid of the bed bugs and emotional damage.

Our stay was pathetic. Room was not that clean and had bed bug. We have early morning flight and we were not able to sleep all night. These are basic things which can be improved. Bed bugs comes when it is untidy.Secondly kitchen was damp, dirty and smelly. Horrible experience to find this really happens. If anyone is travelling with family. Not recommended.

Disgusting. Not only the fact that the bed is attached to the shower... It was all disgusting. The unbearable smell in the hallways and rooms, poor cleanliness, mess everywhere. The kitchen smelly and dirty, the window in the room that doesn't close, hair in the pillows and sheets. Dear Pacific Inn, it's not the problem that I didn't have a toilet in the room, I made the reservation myself so I was aware that I would be sharing the bathroom, the problem is everything else! ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED
