Never in all my time on Trip Advisor have I written such a review like this, but I am so unbelievably cross with Premier Inn, their parent company Whitbread, and this hotel itself. …

The floor and sheets were dirty. Only one towel available instead of 2 for two people. No cleaning service between days. Impossible to open room windows to remove humidity ( VNC) not working. ||The only good thing was the receptionist was nice and the room was quiet, we didn’t hear the noise outside/ corridor.

We stayed here for two nights maybe would be ok for one. Generally the cleanliness and condition of this hotel needs attention. Scuffed walls, dirty walls in bathroom. Drain odour in bathroom, had to block plug holes. …

Wonderful! We had a lovely stay here , the staff are super and friendly and really hardworking! The breakfast area was delicious and clean and our rooms were clean and comfortable. Romford was a great place to visit, convenient to London on the Lizzie line and also a great base from which to visit Norwich for the day. Thank you 😊

Premier Inn London Romford Town Centre boasts a convenient location near shopping and transport links. Guests appreciate the clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Its value for money makes it popular, though some find the breakfast basic and rooms a bit small. Overall, it's a good choice for budget-conscious travelers seeking easy access to Romford and central London.

We regularly stay here when in the area for business and Romford Town Centre Premier Inn ticks all the boxes. Quiet, clean and comfortable rooms plus really friendly and helpful staff. Special mention to Raluca and Sylvia whose customer service skills are excellent, particularly helping with any individual requests we may have.

I stayed in premier inn Romford for the past week for work, couldn’t fault the hotel 1 bit, room was clean and tidy with a decent size bath/ shower, the food was great and the service from Jason and brook were spot on, couldn’t fault them, friendly, welcoming went above and beyond. 100% stay there again. The only downside which isn’t the hotel fault was the parking, the car park they use had issue all week with cameras not picking up reg plates etc, we got there in the end and the reduce rate was £7.50.
