Great stay. Have stayed at many travelodge in London area but this was far and away the best. Very welcoming and friendly staff particularly Shabad and Elias. Also lovely lady in cafe area on I think the Friday evening. Room was clean and very comfortable. Parking easy and good EV charging.

Nobody books Travelodge to be wowed, but even by that low bar this one is sub-par.Parking app doesn’t work. Corridor lights don’t work. Air con/heater too noisy to leave on.There are other options in the immediate vicinity; don’t make my mistake, pick those!

The staff were lovely, we were homeless for 7 months and they made us feel like we were at home and treated us like family. The worker Ireme was great.Overall an amazing 7 months! The beds were comfortable and the food was nice. We has no problems with staff or anyone and as soon as we asked they were willing to help.

I had occasion to visit here for a couple of nights.Firstly, the staff, they are beyond helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for every staff member that I encountered. The car parking. The app by Horizon said that the car park was on a first come first served basis, but, it was also fully booked.I booked a driveway via Just Park. It was a 35 minute walk to this hotel. It was one of the hottest days of the year! The car park barely had a vehicle in it. Horizon car parking is not under the jurisdiction of the hotel, but, perhaps it needs to be.The hotel is pretty close to the local tip! That sickly sweet smell of the dump is there outside the hotel, hanging in the air. But, it is not there in the hotel itself. This is a business hotel, and not for the tourist.Upon arriving, hit and sweaty from my walk, I approached the desk. They issued the room key.I went to the room. The air con was producing a high pitched whistle. I returned to the desk. They changed my room. The second room was the same.I asked at the desk. They came to the room and agreed it was "quite loud."They changed rooms and the third room was fine. The staff were fantastic in rectifying the situation, but, if the hotel had been full, it was going to be unbearable during the night as air con was essential and all windows are sealed shut.I do not understand how cleaners of the room cannot see that the whistling of the air con is not a problem and have not reported this to the maintenance staff? Perhaps they have. The restaurant served surprisingly nice food, more than adequate for a business trip.Overall, a good hotel for a business overnight stay. Just avoid the whistling rooms!

When did they start charging for parking? The driver is the easiest to tax in every single way. Shyte view of the rubbish tip, parking was easy this visit and usually full. Staff were very helpful, room was clean, spacious for 2 of us but the shampoo and hand wash were both empty, they need to focus on replenishing these before the next guests arrive.

Ideal for what we wanted - just a one night stay after a concert. It is quite out of the way and it wasn't easy getting a taxi back. Would have preferred to be closer to where we wanted to be, but this one is much more reasonably priced compared to others in London. The room was clean, had everything provided that we expected. No noise and slept really well. Also was pleased that it has a carpark on site, where as lots of others in the capital don't.

There is a weird smell in the hotel and in the room. It looks quite clean, but the smell was bothering and the fact that there was no soap and shower gel in my room, but they migjt have forgotten. Generally, it was ok.
