The hotel itself nice clean. Staff very polite and helpful me park up in secure carpark with big van. The hotel location is amazing as near food places and transport. The breakfast was just like at home freshly prepared. Cannot fault with the price and service I would give 10 stars.

The room was as small as it can be for 3 of us. It was hard to find space to open suitcases. |There was no air conditioning so we had to keep the window open which meant lot of street noises through the night. …

The room was nice but small so if you have a bigger suitcase it will be crowded. The bed was against the wall so the person who was at that side can only get out at the end of the bed. The shower and toilet were closed off with a door. There was a small table with a chair and a TV in the room. As well as a full length mirror.

I agree with the majority of reviews on TA, this is a comfortable small hotel with attentive and helpful staff with parking behind locked gates and a convenient, if rather distant, location from central London.  …

This is not an airconditioned hotel, you only get a table fan in the tiny room you get! So, non AC hotel! I recently stayed here booked through expedia which never said this was not a AC hotel. And expedia won't let me review them, so reviewing here. I paid a little under $1200 including taxes for 6 days, so about $200 for each night. Totally not worth the price. Do not go by the pics. The front desk folks are very polite and helpful. But they did not even have disposable earplugs when I asked for those. We never asked, but they might not have basic toiletries either( we carried our own).In 6 days they did not change the sheets however remade the bed each morning ( using the same stained sheets). It is in a rundown area but we did not feel unsafe. They do serve a free barebones but freshly cooked breakfast ( not grab n go) but we did not eat it more than 2 days because it was not really any good. The people make this hotel, not the infrastructure or amenities.

I had a very comfortable overnight stay in this hotel recently. Check in was great, I was greeted by a very friendly guy who let me park my car in their secure gated car park at the rear of the hotel. …

In a building above shop across the road. Very noisy with buses, lorries, traffic and the shops downstairs. Very run down dodgy area. Never again. Might as well sleep on the road out side with all the extreme noise. Hairs in bed linen

It was such a pleasant stay overall. I reached London around 1 am and tried many hotels, exhausted tired scared in a new city, being a female solo traveller fromCanada. But luckily I found Prince Regent on google and called in for checking availability. Sajid was very helpful, the hotel was in good location. He upgraded it to room with balcony view which was pretty nice as everything was on last minute, he made sure everything went well. Offering complimentary fruits and breakfast . 100% recommendations, will come again.
